Temps got my attention while I was playing transport fever 3, cpu was maxed out and at 94-95 degrees.

Hi everyone, I am a freelancer and I just started this September. I recently knew of a property that SSS listed near us and I wanted to buy kaso they are requiring a bunch of things I do not have specifically the DTI reg and business permit. I told them I don't really own a business, just a freelance professional they said through email that "we strictly adhere to the requirements and guidelines governing the sale of our acquired properties. As such, if you are unable to comply with the documentary requirements for self-employed,  you may still purchase the property through a CASH purchase arrangement, which requires fewer documentary requirements."

I don't have the money to purchase cash though so there's that. Anyone who has experienced going through this process?

May mga bumili ba dito sa rob antipolo ng 30th anniv ng pokemon? If yes, Kumusta kaya ngayon? Meron pa ba haha

Title. Curious lang kung gaano kalaki binababa ng jap cards and worth na ba bumili ngayon ng emeralda singles? Pansin ko kasi bumababa ng bumababa prices.

Thanks!

Planning on getting started collecting.. gusto ko lang nung 151 since I'm mostly familiar with Kanto. Marami akong nakita sa shopee (from the pinned post) na singles na 30 or less, but wala masyado nung mga starter pokemons..

May 151 packs pa po ba?

Or better to buy singles and wait?

For fun lang, collection lang sa bahay. Thanks

Been curious about pokemon cards. Gusto ko lang magcollect, bonus nalang yung mga rare cards. Just for fun and hobby.

Is it expensive to start? Where to buy legit packs online?

Idk where else he signs except us. I'm not excited to have him honestly but it just looks more and more that he lands on LA. Hoping to hear some news soon.

Glam snakebite + nightmare + masterplanner was insane :D

Ask ko lang what are good HMO options for freelancers and dependent? My mother uses her HMO plan a lot for checkups and lab exams.. since planning ako to move to a freelancer role, mawawala yung HMO benefits. thank you in advance!!

Hi all. I got reshade to work with modium but for ver 6.3.0. Now reshades from 2kspecialist won't work. Do you have any links or old reshade that work with modium? Thanks

i have no extensive knowledge about races, cars, etc. where do I even begin? i just like management games

I love the concept. Just can't play since I get super dizzy and i feel nauseous after 1 hour. I saw some recommend the tenants from similar posts a year ago but see lots of negative comments about it.

I love the buying and flipping part, being able to rent it. :D

Thanks in advance
