i have no extensive knowledge about races, cars, etc. where do I even begin? i just like management games

I love the concept. Just can't play since I get super dizzy and i feel nauseous after 1 hour. I saw some recommend the tenants from similar posts a year ago but see lots of negative comments about it.

I love the buying and flipping part, being able to rent it. :D

basically the title. i've been kind of burned out from playing but i still like doing something on my down time during work hours. some suggestions in the past are great game but too complex to begin. sometimes i don't have the mental capacity. i've been played and enjoyed recently:

sts/sts2, balatro, mewgenics, darkest dungeon, cities skylines 1/2

monthly disposable income is 40k, monthly amort nung preselling house is 20k which is malaking bawas sa disposable income. is it worth it? for context, antipolo area yung property and malapit naman sa lahat.

plan for the property is titirhan sa future siguro in 3-4yrs pag nag asawa na lol

2k share is not appearing on my end. i already tried:

- clearing steam settings download cache

- reinstalling the game

- delete the files on the program files > app data > local folder
