I want to remove the recessed Nintendo logo from the front of the print and struggling to get it done. I’ve created a modifier that is the right dimensions but I can’t match the angle of the face to position it. Anyone able to help with some advice? I’m using bambu studio.
After years of being in storage, I can finally remove them to display in my new games room!

About to go on holiday and I’ve seen some advertising from Wise for their travel card. I used to use my bank’s travel card when travelling but now I just use my credit card because the exchange is better even with the transaction fee.
For those that have used wise is it actually better than a travel card from your own bank? Neither have transactions fees so I don’t understand the appeal.
Just wondering if the glass shelves that IKEA currently stock fit the older Billy bookcase with the larger diameter shelf holes?
Anyone have a Billy with wood and glass shelves mixed together? Does it look good?

Got my first MBA 15” M5 16/512 in midnight today and I absolutely love it. I was so torn between this colour and silver but before I could even choose, silver sold out. I was really concerned about this colour but man it looks so good in person. So excited to have a new Mac that isn’t an old pile of garbage and get back to making videos and music.
Initially I wanted a 13” but they sold out so I went for the 15”. It was already a lot more expensive not including the price rise so I settled for the base specs. Hopefully the 16gb doesn’t come back to bite me 😭. Anyone else choose the 16gb with no regrets?
Just bought a new mba m5 16/512 and I am curious about the difference between this and my old mbp from 2016. Both have the same amount of ram and flash storage but the mbp is so slow it’s almost unusable. I can barely even browse the internet without it lagging and stuttering. Does this just come down to the difference 10 years has made in the development of cpu?
Can no longer pay with Apple Pay. Anyone else experience this? All other payment options still work. Did a fresh install but it’s still broken. I’ve informed Bunnings but they haven’t responded.

I know it’s subjective but I wanna hear some thought processes so I can make a damn decision. I like silver but I’ve always wanted a dark MacBook. Problem is the midnight for the m5 is kinda blue which I don’t love. If it were dark grey or black I wouldn’t think twice. Anyone else tossing up between those colours?
Edit: silver sold out where I was buying sometime between last night and now when I checked. I’m pretty bummed but not much I can do. Midnight was still in stock at least.
Was anyone here intending to buy the 13” but bought the 15” instead and is still happy with that decision?
People say the 13” is ultraportable so I was ready to buy one but given the stock issues that seem to be affecting supply I started looking at the 15” again which seems to be better value anyway. I even physically compared the two in store and the size difference is really negligible. It doesn’t actually seem like there’s much difference at all.
Apple sells the 13 inch 10 core GPU for $2250 where I am based, where as Costco sells the same spec 15 inch for $2350 with a 90 day change of mind return. For an extra hundred dollars it seems like a no brainer. I’ve just kind of been brainwashed that it’s not portable enough. The only time I would really take my laptop out of the house is to travel overseas but I’m sure it would fit in a backpack and on an aeroplane tray table. Just don’t want to get stuck with a monstrosity that I have to live with for the next 5 years. Am I missing anything?
I’ve noticed lately that loading times have gotten worse. Booted donkey kong country returns hd and it took 2 minutes 30 seconds to load. Mid-game loading times tend to be long too. I’ve tested the sd and it’s fine. I have 7gb free internal memory and 1gb external. Is this because I have low sd card memory or was the switch always that slow.
Got a pair of comfort craftsman boots (have never owned RM) and I am blown away by how comfortable they are. These are the best shoes I’ve ever worn and that includes sneakers. Just bought presale tickets for the show in Melbourne and it’s got me wondering why presale seats are so crappy? First time buying concert tickets since I was a teen so I don’t really know how it is supposed to work.
Most of the seats are to the side of the stage with a majority of the stadium not available for seating. Is presale just crappy seats or something? They were about $265 a seat for level 3 section 39. Do they reserve the rest of the seating (opposite) the stage for general sale? It’s making me think presale was a waste of time and money.

I’ve been doing some reading and apparently the new Billys are a different shade of black.
I want to get more and I’m just wondering what I currently have so I know if they’re going to match. It looks black most of the time but if it gets direct sun it can look brown on certain angles.
It’s hard to capture but the first picture is when it looks it’s most black, and the second picture is when it contain to look a little brown. I’m not sure if the old colour was an obvious brown or if it was more subtle.
