basically ive been on mounjaro kwikpen 10mg in Dubai but my work arrangement has changed so i need to stay in PH every 6 months. getting 3x kwikpen in one go is hard on the pocket so im trying to find alternatives or Mounjaro supplier here.

i saw one website that says they are offering 25mg for like 1/3 the price of equivalent kwikpen dosage

so my question is:

1. why its much cheaper than mounjaro?
2. what should i look out for so i can be safe?
3. is/are there any "brand" of this compound that i can refer to or manufacturers just send like a box/bag of the compound and its up to the clinic to "mix" it?
4. which clinics do you trust?
5. can i just ask the clinics to give me mounjaro without subscribing to their "program"? i do have a doctors prescription for 3x 15mg kwikpen that should last me 6 months

base sa nabasa ko mas malayo mararating ng gas mo pag ethanol free. i think this is a good thing sa mga naglo-long rides. nasa 2-4% daw ang improvement sa distance travelled pero im not sure kung totoo to so kung may experience kayo, let us know.
