Following our discussion of Italia, my next question for people is where does Iberia actually begin? Below the Pyrenees? or as many said “where the dong begins?” Parts of southern france are on a neck that extends into Iberia from the mainland body of Europe. Does this count as part of the Iberian peninsula?

I personally don’t think so.

My opinion is it’s clean and neat to divide it at the Pyrenees. Im happy with that definition. Roughly at the yellow line

Yellow line and traditional line drawn by big geography include tiny portions of pyrenees france. But I do not agree with ideas to cut southern france with Iberia.

Iberia is a distinctive rock and vibe and neatly cut by the Pyrenees. that’s enough for me
