Had Whoop 4.0 before 24/7 rate tracking, battery life for good 3-4 days.

Cirqa menu feels super primitive, definitely not a Whoop killer.

Got this bike as pet project, currently running 9 speeds, I've googled this model, and realized I can get 9 or 11 speeds on this bike. I'm willing to learn how to work on the bike, so I'll be slowly replacing all the parts, one part a month, few extra bucks won't hurt me. So do you think I need to rebuild it for 9 speed parts. Or If I'm buying new parts, should I aim for 11 speed parts ? Or it's not how it works in bike world?
