To the cab driver who put on my favorite song and just let the music carry us home in peace: thank you, I really needed that.

Was having a pretty chaotic morning, got into a cab, and a few minutes in, the driver put on a track I love. We didn’t talk at all.. just a quick nod in the mirror and both of us quietly tapping along the whole way.

​Completely shifted my mood. Anyone else ever share a nice, unspoken music moment like that with a stranger?
