I was previously prescribed Lexapro 5 mg in the US. I moved back to India a few months ago and recently started working in Bangalore. I’m looking to continue proper follow‑up and would really appreciate recommendations for a good psychiatrist in Bangalore who is experienced with anxiety/SSRI management.

If you’ve had positive experiences with any doctor or hospital (HAL/Indiranagar/Koramangala/Old Airport Road side), please share.

Moved back from the US and starting at PwC RMZ Millenia (Ulsoor). Need a private single room that isn't a cubicle.

Non-negotiables:

• Workspace: Surface deep enough for a laptop + external monitor.
• Connectivity: Stable WiFi + router power backup. Must have strong 5G signal inside.
• Location: Prioritizing Cambridge Layout, Indiranagar, or BM Kaval (near SV Road Metro).

Questions:

1. Zolo Virtue (BM Kaval): Is it actually liveable for tech professionals or just a glorified hostel? How is the mobile signal strength?
2. Alternatives: Any specific buildings (Stanza/Housr/HelloWorld) in Indiranagar known for professional setups or study lounges?
3. Food: Reliable tiffin/dabba services for dinner in the Indiranagar-Ulsoor pocket? (I’ve heard of Pakaoo/Jayanta).
