Found on my carpet and on my mattress. Carpet is brand new and the mattress is 4 years old barely used from a friend ): suddenly paranoid.
It’s almost like rust or something? Should I be concerned?
the stokes website has it listed for 150 calories per 110g. this is wildly higher than japanese or regular sweet potatoes - is this possible?! how would one variation be about 200 calories more for the same grams??
I actually have a feeling it was stolen. I'm posting this here because Sorce's contact form says wait 4+ days, but it's been 2 now and I have a sinking feeling it was stolen or lost in transit. I had to make an emergency move due to severe issues with my old apartment/landlord, and so I was staying with my brother for 2 weeks. I ordered the perfume to his apartment and it came a few days after I moved into my new house.
When I went to go pick it up from his leasing office (he's a college student) they could not find it and said it was never delivered. I've been back to check every day since. :(
Has anyone had any luck with orders from Sorce not arriving/stolen/lost in transit? I'm heartbroken. I was really looking forward to my order and I'm worried since there's no proof of it being stolen/broken/etc., I'll just never get my order. :/
I've lived in Florida nearly my whole life and quite frankly the bugs AND the weather are getting to me as my last straw. I've always wanted to live elsewhere but I have really great friends and my family is all here. I have about 10 months left on my current lease and so I'm not in any rush but I want to start gathering ideas.
For context: I am currently paying off student loans so I need to work for a place that qualifies for PSLF. The easiest for this is a university (where I work currently) or a non-profit (would prefer less so, since the pay isn't great).
I love arts, culture, improv/acting, theater, museums, bookstores, vintage/thrift shopping, strong communities/opportunities to make friends, and access to the outdoors (even if it's a little bit of a drive). I am rather attached to my car so NYC is sort of out of the question.
I'd prefer a mid-to-larger size city, but am open to any and all suggestions! Current cities I'm strongly considering:
Thank you in advance! (Btw, I hate the sun and love the gloom, which is why the PNW calls to me lol)
I’ll call my local store today too but I am dying to see the witch lamp in person. I don’t know if I can justify $150 on a lamp (that I WOULD use year-round). Does anyone have any insight before I call?
Also to those who’ve bought these stained glass lamps from CB before, are they usually good quality?
looking for something salty and sweet! think like an auntie anne's pretzel or a salted caramel cookie. i weirdly DO want something wet (like an oozy caramel, or an overly buttery pretzel) but i just hate the aquatic accords like in the one Orebella scent. they make me a bit nauseous. maybe this is impossible to achieve! i just think it'd be nice for summer as a Florida girl lol
I'm traveling so I don't have time to order Sucrerie samples but I may blind buy 1-2 of the special order scents. (Sorce has a very good rep in my house!)
I was wondering if y'all could help influence or de-influence my wishlist. I LOVE Sorce's cookie butter base note and cannot get enough of it.
Favorite perfumes: from Sorce: Match Made in Heaven, The Cookie Party, Snow Moon Magic, 2 AM in Lafayette, IDAFT Blueberry
Likes: Gourmand, powdery, jasmine, amber, coconut, vanilla, smoke/incense, ambroxan/benzoin, sandalwood, coffee
Dislikes: Too earthy/green/damp, apple, sharp citrus, pink pepper, anything too floral (floral notes are OK but not when it's the main event), anything too sharply fruity, iron/metallics, tobacco, cumin/coriander, rum/boozy accords, licorice

Apologies for the bad photo this was legit all I could get. What the hell is this thing?! I thought it was just a leaf at first but then noticed it moving. It seemed to almost be a tiny worm like bug attached to a huge (in comparison to the body) leaf-like wing (or 2?). It was moving quite slow . I found it near my bathroom sink.
