It’s been 5 hours and I’ve been listening to this song on loop. This song is dangerously addictive… like actually. The music is just taking me somewhere else and I don’t even want to come back. At this point, I’m not listening to it… I’m living in it. 🫠
Sometimes I get so frustrated with myself for not being able to sleep. No matter how hard I try by changing routines, putting my phone away, telling myself just sleep but nothing seems to work. It feels like I’m stuck in this. In return, my days end up feeling unstructured, unproductive, and just… off.
I really want a healthy schedule. I want to wake up feeling fresh, get things done, and feel in control of my day. But when I can’t sleep properly, everything falls apart. It’s exhausting, both mentally and physically.

I’m in my hostel room and there were literally NO mosquitoes before. I even changed my bedsheet like 2 hours ago. But just now I found a bunch of mosquitoes DEAD on my bed???
Like how is that even possible?? Why are they all dead in one place? 😭 I don’t even know where they came from.
Now I’m actually scared thinking if there’s something in my room that’s harmful or toxic or something… I do have a fridge and other stuff in the room but idk if that could cause this??
I mean I’m glad they’re dead but at the same time it’s freaking me out 😭
