Banana Split Frozen Yogurt Pops

Banana Split Frozen Yogurt Pops

These pops were so easy to make and actually, kinda healthy! The banana cream layer was filled with banana, vanilla, Greek yogurt, and honey. The strawberry swirl was a strawberry and lime jam, then these were layered into a mold and frozen! Once they set, I dipped them in a coconut infused chocolate and sprinkled crushed graham crackers and chopped peanuts over the top. Served with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry - these gave all the banana split vibes 😋🍌🍒

Perfect for summer!

Banana Split Frozen Yogurt Pops

In the summer, we are outside ALL THE TIME. These Banana Split Frozen Yogurt Pops are the perfect thing to cool us down and give us a boost. These are perfect for kids! The banana cream layer with the strawberry swirl, the chocolate coconut crunch shell, the whipped cream and maraschino cherry finish - it all just screamed banana split. It was really nostalgic! I loved these.

You find $100 on the ground leaving the grocery store…

Nearby you see a homeless man and dog, Boy Scouts selling popcorn, and you still didn’t even get everything on your list. What’s your next move? Do you save it, donate it, or continue shopping?

This Ravioli with Brown Butter Mushrooms and Sage was the BEST way to elevate some packaged cheese ravioli! It was so easy! Steak Bibimbap

This was my first ever bibimbap! I marinated the steak then gave it a hard sear in the cast iron. I crisped up some day-old sushi rice in a pan, then sautéed some mushrooms and spinach. I loaded this all up in a bowl with some fresh carrots, cucumber, cilantro, green onion, then I drizzled a homemade lemon gochujang glaze over top and finished this baby off with a sunny side up egg, sesame seeds, and freshly cracked black pepper 😋

What do you guys think?

Steak Bibimbap

This Steak Bibimbap features marinated and seared sirloin steak, day-old sushi rice that's been crisped in oil, a variety of cooked and raw veggies, a lemon gochujang glaze, with fresh herbs and sunny side up eggs nestled on top. This was SO GOOD! I can only imagine what it's like to walk around in Korea, eating food like this! For me, it was the next best thing. This was pretty easy too!
