Hi,
My cat started to clean her eyes constantly 3 days ago. From outside, no swelling or redness. Jus in case I took her to vet. The vet told me that she doesn’t have ulser but has some inflammation. I was given an ointment and an eye drop yesterday.(ilium eye ointment and eye drop for dry eyes) But since yesterday, my cat cannot open her eyes fully. So I took her to vet this morning again and was told that I shouldn’t worry and keep using the medications till thursday. She is finr she is eating, drinking and playing around. But she cannot open her eyes fully. I’m a bit worried that if she is in pain or itching. Anyone has any idea or experience similar to this? I’m a bit worried and looking for an advice!
Thank you

Hi,
In 2016 ureaplasma positive - took antibiotic
In 2020 ureaplasma positive - took antibiotic
In 2022 ureaplasma positive - took doxycline for 10 days
In 2025 ureaplasma NEGATIVE
I tested positive for 6 years. Even though I took antibiotics, the Ureaplasma persisted for years. Now, I have been trying to get pregnant for 19 months and am categorized in unexplained infertility. I have had 1 failed IUI and am currently undergoing my 2nd IUI.
I asked my doctor if there is any chance I might have endometritis due to the Ureaplasma untreated and progressing to the uterus for so long. She told me she would have noticed it on the ultrasound. However, I still feel like I might have endometritis. Has anyone experienced something similar? Should I ask for an endometrial biopsy?
Hi
I am 31 years old. I have been trying to get pregnant for 19 months. All tests for both me and my partner are normal. I had 1 failed IUI. I am in the unexplained infertility category. Previously, I had Ureaplasma, which I think I had for a long time—about 3-4 years. When I found out, I used antibiotics for 1 week and it cleared up. I got tested again this year and it came back negative. However, I am worried that the infection has progressed into the uterus, and I think that is why I cannot get pregnant. Should I ask the doctor to perform an endometrial biopsy, or should I have a second IUI first and decide afterwards?
Thank you

Hi
I've had health anxiety for years. Whenever I had any pain, I would always look up the symptoms on internet, think of the absolute worst-case scenario, and rush to the doctor. It completely drained me mentally and made me a massive overthinker, though it never physically affected me. About three months ago, while sitting on the couch at home, I suddenly started experiencing air hunger. I had been trying to conceive for a long time, so I initially wondered—and secretly hoped—if it could be an early sign of pregnancy. But even after knowing for a fact that I wasn't pregnant, the feeling persisted for 2–3 days.
Eventually, I went to a pulmonologist, and everything came back completely normal. From there, I went to an ENT specialist. The doctor prescribed a PPI and told me it could be acid reflux. As soon as I got home, I looked up acid reflux on Reddit, and my whole world came crashing down. My breathing steadily got worse, and the air hunger intensified. On top of that, swallowing difficulties developed. My life felt like an absolute nightmare. When I explained my problems to the gastroenterologist, he told me to see a psychiatrist, and I did.
The psychiatrist prescribed a two-week course of Xanax and SSRI/SERTRALINE . On the very first day I took Xanax, I started feeling normal again. Over time, I stopped using the PPI because I realized I was doing this to myself. The air hunger would vanish whenever I was eating, socializing, crying, or right after crying, talking, singing, applying makeup—in short, whenever I was distracted. My mood lifted a bit because I realized I didn't actually have a physical illness, and since I was causing it to myself, I could also fix it.
It has been three months now, and I am doing much better. My Sertraline dose has been at 100 mg for about 2 to 2.5 weeks. However, it hasn't completely gone away. Things like health anxiety, overthinking, and general worry are gone, but the air hunger and hyperventilation persist. Some days, I forget about it and notice my breathing has actually normalized, but the moment I focus on it again, it gets bad, turning into a complete loop. Breathing exercises don't do anything for me. Even though I am not stressed or anxious because I'm under the influence of the antidepressant, it still continues. I just started therapy and had my first session last week.
Is there anyone who has experienced this or been through it and fully recovered? I really need some advice.

Hi,
31F, diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, health anxiety, and panic disorder. Everything started two months ago with sudden shortness of breath. After it lasted a week, I went to many doctors, and all suggested that everything was normal, so I was directed to psychiatry. I was prescribed an SSRI (Sertraline). It’s better, but I still have breathing OCD, which causes air hunger, hyperventilation, and hyper-awareness of breathing. I am starting therapy tomorrow for the first time, and my psychologist mentioned that EMDR is an option for me. Has anyone had a similar experience with breathing OCD and found a solution with EMDR?
Hi,
I’ve been on sertraline for 3 months now, and I’m currently taking 100 mg. I struggle with breathing OCD—I'm hyperaware of my breathing, experience manual breathing, and deal with air hunger. It’s better than it used to be, but it still happens and it’s very tiring.
Now, I don’t feel motivated. All I want to do is sit on the bed and watch something. I don’t want to go outside. I used to like cooking and cleaning, but now I don’t want to do them. I used to like shopping, but now even buying something new doesn't make me happy. My anxiety is gone thanks to sertraline, but the breathing problem is still there plus now feeling lack of motivation . I need advice, please, as I feel hopeless.

Hi,
31F, TTC 18 months. All tests came as normal including HSG.
I had LEEP background in 2019. Since then, negatif hpv, STI, BV. But my smear shows extensive inflammatory reaction. Doctor says it’s ok as no abnormal bleeding, smell or discharge. I have a little bit redness on my cervix since LEEP.
I had my firat IUI today.
* 4 mature eggs
* Pre-wash 80 million sperm / After-wash 35 million
* Lining was good.
I’m starting progestrone tomorrow and scheduled an appointment on 4th of august for blood test. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Anyone had successfull IUI with similar background ? Need support 💕

Hi,
I have been TTC for 17 months now. All of our fertility tests, including my husband's, have come back normal, so we are currently in the 'unexplained infertility' category.
I had a LEEP procedure done in 2019. Since then, my HPV tests have been clear, and all tests for BV, STDs, etc., have come back negative. However, my smear tests consistently show 'extensive inflammation' (with no malignancy). My doctor tells me not to worry, but I’ve started to wonder if this chronic inflammation might be preventing conception, perhaps by affecting sperm motility or creating a hostile environment at the cervix.I’m having IUI on thursday.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciate
