Over one year has passed since my RNYGB. I lost over 140 pounds since surgery, 188 pounds lost overall. My highest weight was 395, current weight 206.
I’m so happy with how much more free my body feels, I can feel my bones! I’m hoping to get skin removal surgery done this year, so wish me luck.

Here it is, the 100th entry for the CAS challenge I’ve been doing these past few months. Her name is Regina Crandall, a very skilled artist.
I’ve had a lot of fun doing this challenge, some of the prompts were more challenging than others.
If anyone has any fun CAS challenges or legacy challenges, please let me know. I love creating sims to populate the world and also remove the crazy looking randomly generated townies.
Number 99 is “favorite outfit” for this one I chose my favorite “styled looks” in CAS mode.
Number 96 is based on a Fortnite skin. I never played Fortnite so this was an interesting challenge for me. I found a few cool references that I could easily replicate in Sims.
Prompt 95 is a sim from Stardew Valley, I chose Mister Qi.
Number 94 is for a “new style” I chose Fairy Grunge aesthetic as the inspiration.
Today’s creation is a sim from the 1920s. Meet Robert Davies, second class working man, adjusting back to civilian life after World War 1. After creating this sim I knew I had to add a black and white filter. I also played around with the settings to give more of a vintage feel.
Today’s prompt is a “heavily tattooed sim”
I decided to create a yakuza style sim, the tattoos are from the gallery and some are custum contennt
Day 88 is for a “mythical creature” I made a faun/satyr along with her companion an alicorn! Since we don’t have pegasus wings in the base game, I found this horse on the gallery and I added the horn, beard and butterflies on the tail.
The next prompt in the 100 CAS challenge is to recreate an old sim. I used one of my old sims from Sims Freeplay.
I’m getting close to 100! Number 85 is a carnival/circus sim.
The 84th prompt is make a sim based on your dream career. When I was a kid my dream job was to be a veterinarian, I love animals and I wanted a job to make sure animals don’t have to die.
Number 82 is a “Celebrity Crush” I chose Megan Thee Stallion, because she is so hot! And she didn’t deserve to get cheated on.
Here is my 80th sim, her aesthetic is post-apocalyptic. This was fun to make, I don’t normally use the items from the Journey to Batuu pack.
I feel like I’m letting everyone down, I just want to die. I’m seeing out the rest of this week and then I want to swallow the rest of my syraquil. I’m fucking done, this world is going to shit, half my family doesn’t even talk to me at all. I hate myself and the way my body looks. I feel like I can’t get away from the long term psychological effects of trauma. This is just bullshit, im tired of trying to push on.
