pros are absolutely not kidding when they say thin your paints. I'm embarrassed you took me this long to figure out how thin they meant. because it's super thin, l can only describe it as "stiff water". i'm still practicing this but I like how cap is coming along so far
oh this is Captain America from Marvel United
and also drawing those tiny pupils on minis' eyes? that's "eye-hand coordination" and I only had an ah-ha moment about this a week ago. again, I'm embarrassed.
sooooooooo I think I finally figured out exactly how thin paints need to be and damn, the pros are not kidding. these are super thin layers over an orange base and there's so many of them because I wanted to get shading some practice.
the base isn't done because the sand is drying and I'm also going to add uhu drool and blood for the blood god
I heard this phrase recently: "I don't want to see the paint", and that's what I want to aim for.
weird request, but zombicide: black plague was the first game that I got specifically to paint and I would like a re-do. if you or someone you know has z:bp unpainted, I would like to paint the six core heroes, an abomination and a necromancer for you for free. feel free to DM me!
