Northern Nigeria.
Kadeem's home is described as having a desert "grow around it" in "100 years." It is also described as a place involved in some sort of internal conflict. This sounds quite similar to the encroachment of the Sahara into the northern regions of Nigeria and the ensuing Islamist insurgency which has recently ravaged the region.
Kadeem also has an Irish-English given name and an Arabic-derived last name. He is also said to be a Muslim. Northern Nigeria is predominantly Muslim and thus most people from that region have names of Arabic origin. Nigeria is also the only English-speaking African country to have substantial territory in the Sahara.
With all these taken into consideration, my best guess is that Kadeem is from one of Nigeria's northern states, those being Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina, Kano, Jigawa, Yobe, and Borno. If I had to guess which one, I'd say Borno or Yobe, given those states are the most classically Saharan in landscape (at least they appear that way on Google Earth.)
For those who don't know, Turning Point: Fall of Liberty was a d-tier first-person shooter released in 2008 wherein the Nazis invade the US in 1953.
On its website was a series of newsreel-type videos which catalogued the progression of the game's alternate history up until the day the game begins. I don't remember how many there were; I'd like to think there were around 15 or so, but that could be a misremembering on my part.
Although I know there's only a slim chance of it, any help recovering these videos would be greatly appreciated.
Every time I try to start a new game, it gets stuck on the loading screen and does this. I have no idea what's going on here.
I am aware that there was a current of dislike for the Arbiter when Halo 2 came out because he wasn't the Master Chief. About when did that current begin to subside and what caused it to subside?
The Prophet of Truth wants to fire all of the Halo rings, thus purging the galaxy of all life except for him and his loyal followers.
Problem: Installation 04 is destroyed and non-functional, leaving a 25,000 light-year gap in the Array's firing pattern. Installaion 04 is in the Soell star system, which is stated to be "relatively near" to Epsilon Eridani, which is only 10.4 light-years from Earth.
The end of Halo 3 shows that the remaining Covenant forces on Earth were defeated by the UNSC by themselves. Depending on how distant the Covenant's major planets are from Soell, the rings firing would have destroyed the Covenant and left humanity, for the most part, alive.
I will admit that I might be missing some things, but it seems like the Prophet of Truth forgot that Halo wouldn't have killed humanity.
