I like to weigh everything on a scale. And I always use recipes with weights. But even those (not all) show liquids in volume.

There are a ton of converters on the Iinternet, but I want to use a reliable one.

What is the best one you know?

This is what the recipe says:

1 (12-ounce or 340 grams) can evaporated milk

1 (14-ounce or 400 grams) can sweetened milk

Liquid oz is a volume measurement, gram is weight, and 12 oz and 14 oz are 340 and 400 for water it would be other weights if it's not water, which it isn't.

The problem is out of the us they sell the evaporated milk in 411 g cans, and the sweetened milk in a 370 gram cans.

So I need to know the exact measurment as I can't just put 1 can like the recipes says as the cans are different here

I don't listen to the news. in any language. I don't want to know who murdered who, what corrupt politician did what and so on.

What do you recommend I'll listen to?

Listening to all these slow German videos is getting me nowhere, I have to step it up.

I really would rather make a crust out of ingredients than crush commercial cookies, what is the go to replacement for it?

First of all, hating groups of people who have nothing in common but loving the same Lore is just strange to me.

But the sequals really uncovered something that I never noticed before.

First I'll say, if a star wars fan likes the sequals, of course it's fine, personally I don't know how you could like something that undermines the foundation of the story you claim to like, but I guess people are different.

But here's what I noticed, in a lot of the star wars disney subs, I can sense a disdain to the whole thing, that led me to the realization that a lot of star wars fans haters pretend to like the sequals and defend them just to rub it in the fandom face.

They enjoy how annoying the sequals are to them.

You can see that especially that they never have a lore explanation but a hostile one usually bashing the prequals and George Lucas himself. These are no fans.

What I don't understand how the star wars fans became such a target, what did they ever do to deserve it?

And who are these Pseudo fans?

Usually I see people pouring the liquid and the yeast in the flour and mix it all, but I noticed, Sally puts all the liquids in the mixing bowl then adds the flour gradually while mixing till combined than add more.

Is that a better way to do it?

This platform is rampant with awful people, who have nothing better to do than spread their missery to anyone they meet. If you cross paths with one of those they will use every bit if information they can dig about you from your history, not to mention to stalk you in your other subs, comments.

People complain about other people not showing their history in the pretense of wanting to check for bots, but in reality they are angry they can't use it to attack a user.

I have a very old CD install. The discs are gone. But I really don't like the special forces thing.

Something I discovered spending too much time on reddit, an anomaly.

Posts of opinions and subjects that are massively upvoted contain inside them an extreamly hostile comment section with the opposite opinion or hate for that subject.

Now, the fact that the post is massively upvoted is proof the hate running ramprant in the comment section is the minority because those people surly downvoted the post.

What leads me to believe that the vast majority of reddit is afraid of the comment mob, doesn't want to engage with them, doesn't want to be buried in downvotes and hostility so they just express their opinion in upvoting or downvoting the post and move on.

In other words, the hostile and loud comment section does not represent reddit. The silent majority exist not only in society but also on this Platform.

It's like most redditors are in a constant state of rage
