Did they do this so I wouldn’t get paid my vacation time? Am I supposed to just contact the store and tell them I’m not returning? I thought it was pretty obvious as everyone knew that I wasn’t returning due to the fact that I got another job. I’m very confused as to why they would place me on medical leave.
How was your vacation pay paid out to you after you left? Was it a mailed check or does the Michigan Home Depot add it to your last check? I know it’s quite state specific so I thought I’d ask in here and see if anybody can give me some clarification.

The other day I was going to the restroom and the family bathroom door was sitting slightly open, like it does when no one is in there. I walk in and notice a coworker clearly snorting cocaine off the sink. I’m only 29 but I’ve been in his spot before, so I knew what I was seeing. He blew it off really quickly and said “it’s all yours dude” and brushed past me. I’ve sat on it a few days and am wondering if I should say anything to management or just forget about it. I’m leaning towards just letting it go and not saying anything.
