Need help understanding
Don't know if any of this is gonna make sense because im terrible at explaining things.
So I calculated my TDEE and it said for me its 2600 a day. So im eating 2000 a day now. But do the days that I don't workout does my TDEE drop down? Because I workout and my cardio is basketball but I dont do those everyday.
Question is on the days im not playing baskeyball or working out should I eat less than 2000 calories? Or just eat 2000 everyday?
Also protein. My goal is to lose fat and build muscle but google sqid you should eat 1g of protein per lb of weigjy im 260 lb so that would be 260g of protein and thats Hella lot for a 2000 cal diet.
Another question. So before I switched my diet I was eating 2500 cal a day and subtracting my eaten caloris minus my burned calories. Is this a good thing to do? Or should I not subtract my burned calories because its included in my TDEE?
