I want to go on a road trip through Altyn-Emel National Park and then south to Lake Issyk-Kul, past Altyn-Arashan and Kolsai Lakes National Park. But I can’t find a car hire company that allows me to do both, and as I’m only there for 12 days, it’s going to be more difficult to rent a single car in both countries.
I'm also thinking about taking taxis for every trip, but I'm not sure if that would give me enough freedom and how easy taxis can cross the border.
The arrows show the direction you need to go on a Mercator map. So, if the arrow points east, the city is directly that many degrees east on a 2D map, as we can see in atlases and 'classical' maps.

These are three parts swipe for the solution directly. So if you wanna guess don't swipe immeaditly or you get spoilered I am always confused by great-circle distance but really love the principle of it cause I feel like it gives you an even deeper understanding of the globe and shows us that we are all closer to each other than we might think at first hand.

Great-Circle Distance/orthodrome defines the mathematically shortest distance between any two points on the surface of a sphere (or a globe), often called the "as the crow flies" route.
One capital city is matching all 4 angles. This shoudn't be too hard!
