Been covering pool lately. Water is hot on top but cold at bottom.

I liked that it was hot on the top but it felt uncomfortably cold at the bottom.

I turned the pump on to try and swish the water around and tried to swish water around myself too but it was still cold………

No matter what oils, leave ins, or pre-poo sit in's I use my hair is dry and tangly as soon as it hits water. I even changed my shower filter to soft water.. haircuts do not work either

I've used tons of products like expensive split end or leave in conditioners but the only thing I find helps is this Paul Mitchell hair GEL. But I don't want to put hair get in my hair all the time..

Do I need a detangler maybe? Or any recommendations? Every shampoo and conditioner doesn't really work either and I have a cosmetology license where I can get the stuff from salon stores..

Btw my hair is all virgin right now and has been for years. So no dye at all!!

My left eye is constantly bothering me and not responding to rescue meds.

Head CT scan were ok a couple months ago when I went to ER.

It’s like the eye feels so dry and the muscles that I use move my eye with hurt. It does tear. I’ve been using eye drops recommended by my optometrist but not seeing improvement.

I have to basically put a mask on it to be somewhat comfortable.

Has anyone experienced this?

I think it’s helping me go, I’m still constipated but weirdly it helps.

It feels like the gas is being pushed through so I can go?

I take it WITHOUT the NSAID in it.

How often are you asking questions through the portal or calls if you have chronic migraines?

I get having an understanding of acceptance, but is that all we can truly do from here?

I typically give him a $25 gift card every Christmas but lately he’s been picking up a lot of packages for me. And just yesterday I cancelled a pickup because I was too sick and I don’t think the system notified him because he stopped by my house prepared with a huge bag.

Today is the day after the mirena insertion.

Rotating 1000mg Tylenol and 800mg ib prophin and 5mg oxycodone when it’s really bad.

Still in pain though even with these meds, how long does the cramping usually last?

I chose this option because I have vulvodynia that makes even a finger going inside me painful, I am prone to extreme cramping that is not relieved by OTC or non-opiod medications, and I am also prone to presynscope attacks.

I absolutely hate being put to sleep as I have severe OCD and emetophobia.

I also chose this option as Loryna and other first in line birth control methods have not helped.

I took klonopin before the procedure for anxiety, which helped get me there, but was not enough for me to not start freaking out when being wheeled in. They gave me versed which took some time to work but ultimately I calmed down and fell asleep.

I initially met with the surgeon regarding pain, because my biggest worry was that I was going to wake up with debilitating cramps as I have tried all non opiod medications for pain with other pain conditions, and was told that the medication given for surgery should help cover the cramping and I just may need to alternate ibuprofen or tylenol. She let me know beforehand that if an opioid medication would need to be given she would prefer pain management to cover it.

I woke up not nauseous, but my cramping was at a 7. Enough to immediately wake up with my typical migraine and immediately voice "why am I in so much pain?"

First med administered post op was Dilaudid 0.4mg, no effect.

Second medication, Fentanyl 25mcg, no effect.

Third oxycodone 5mg, no effect.

Then toradol my pain was lowered to a 2.

Who knows which med actually worked because they were given so rapidly but ultimately I talked with the doctor and she said I can give you oxycodone to bridge you for these next couple of days but after you will have to see pain management if you need more. The doctor said she would personally write my pain doc a message to tell her what happened, and that I would need to message her as well.

I'm 33, im 115lbs, petite, if you are anything like me when it comes to already existing pain please trust your gut and advocate for yourself. Most importantly, try to encourage communication amongst your providers. This procedure was intended to be done with twilight to avoid pain.

And for you emetephobes out there, I did not wake up nauseous as I was given the highest dose of aponvie through IV. I did have a presyncope episode that comes with nausea but my mom and I think I tried to eat mcdonalds too late after all those meds and fasting , My moms fish filet getting on my chicken nuggets. It was also a really hot day with cramps and heatpacks (ICE ICE ICE ALWAYS BY YOUR SIDE EITHER WAY STRAIGHT TO THE NECK, ARMPITS, GROIN and LAY DOWN FLAT it will most likely pass!). Later in the night, I did need zophran 8mg but I honestly think that it was my stubborn headaches I am trying to mitigate.

Started oral Loryna because I kept getting so nausea around ovulation and for weeks after that my doctor wanted me to stop ovulation with skipping the placebo and it worked.

Since then I was diagnosed with adenoymosis and I’m getting sedated on Monday to get the liletta IUD.

The IUD does not stop ovulation but my doctor said I can keep taking Loryna if I’m nervous about being sick around ovulation.

I’d like to just have the IUD and maybe I’ll try a month without both to see what happens.

Anyone have a similar situation?

I’m not getting anywhere with neuro and I decided to see my optometrist because it has been 3 years and I have this constant pain in my left eye that feels like a muscle.

She believes that I could be straining my left eye when seeing and reading. I am prescribed glasses but I hadn’t been wearing them because they hurt my head.

And also said the testing of the eye could be from dry eye so she gave me a specific one to try up to 4x a day.

She’s also going to refer me to ophthalmology to check more.
