Does GENESIS still pull your old civilian records if you enlisted in 2018?

Question in title pretty much. I was diagnosed with ADHD and given adderall as a kid, but no record of it is in my MHS Genesis profile, but apparently a diagnosis of eczema from age 7 was there???

Anyone else tired of the mantra that you have to buy a home or else you're losing money?

It baffles me that there are still NCO's who claim that homebuying is the best investment and how stocks and IRA's are weak because the market can flop at anytime.

So far I'm seeing a 25% on my TSP from this year alone. My ROTH IRA is also in a similar boat. I wish I invested in individual stocks such as Google, MSFT, NVIDIA, and MICRON as well.

How accurate is the 16PF test really in finding good candidates for a job?

I don't even know how to flair this post. A potential employer has made me complete the 16PF psych exam. Is this test even that useful for determining if a candidate is a good fit for a particular organization?

When should I apply for a job? Is 100 days too far out?

I get out of the military in 1 October. When is a good time to start applying for jobs? I keep hearing I should do so now, or wait until I am 60 days out.

Will the SF patch ever change?

The 3 lightning bolts represent the Air, Land, and Sea domains. With how important Space and Cyber are to 21st century warfighting do you envision the SF patch getting 5 lightning bolts?

I hear how competitive the cybersecurity and IT market has become the past 2 years. Apparently even candidates with experience, a degree, and some advanced certs are struggling.

How is the DF world?

I don't know if its worth the near hour long commute to take in person. Someone said the live streams or self paced videos were really good, but I also heard that for SEC504 it's more beneficial to learn in person compared to online.
