Can anyone help me? I actually need your help

I travel alone everyday alone and by the time I leave my office it's already dark in the evening. I was ok with it and never have faced any issues still. So now my concern is since last fes days I am feeling scared while returning. Is it just a random feeling or any intuition?? I am feeling very low these days and not able toh overcome this feeling... Please suggest what to do? Should I consult a doctor?

I tried hard and I made it!!

I didn’t do anything extreme this time. I simply focused on better food, portion control, staying active and, most importantly, consistency.

My meals were simple...eggs, oats or fruit for breakfast, roti-dal-sabji-curd for lunch, fruits, nuts as snacks, and paneer or chicken with veggies for dinner.I also added Daily Burner capsules after breakfast as part of my routine...not as a replacement for healthy habits.

There were cravings and off days, but I kept getting back on track.

12 kg down. These before-and-after pictures remind me that small, consistent efforts really do add up. ❤️

The acne patch recommendation I am actually glad I took.

I had posted here a few days ago asking for a solution for the acne breakout, and honestly, thank you to the person who suggested this in the comments.

I finally gave acne patches a try and they've been so handy. Whenever a pimple pops up, I just put one on and forget about it instead of constantly touching it and it genuinely made my acne days less frustrating.

Really glad I asked here!

One of my favourite flower....

Though many don't like this flower as it doesn't has any fragrance but it's one of my favourite.....

Which is your favourite??

I tried this after reading great reviews!

I tried this face razor after reading the reviews and it's absolutely worth it.... I am happy that I made a right decision.

Tried this

I had read so many good reviews about this, and I actually got it as a free gift from Nykaa. I finally tried it today, and I have to say it's really long-lasting. The only downside is that it's making my lips feel quite dry.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do you deal with it?
