Travel custom mobility wheelchair ramp.

Travel custom mobility wheelchair ramp.

This is a custom ramp that breaks down like big legos or Lincoln logs that you can use if you travel with someone elderly using a cane or injured.

The custom blocks can be adjusted.

The handicap hotel units are often sold out. Sometimes you might need just a small lip into a building.

You could sell them to cabin hotels, Airbnb people, home owners with a few steps, and travel people.

The feature would be it could be in a suitcase and customizable.

It might not be worth it for a one night stay but often people stay a week near the ocean or a lake.

I am not making this but would buy it.

We are staying in a cabin and my Dad uses a cane.

Ok folks... Gen X momma back here with a second tip.

My last tip got you 40% quickly in five weeks on crowdstrike. https://www.reddit.com/r/Stocks_Picks/s/Vkgc4ruWwc

This one is VOLATILE so do not bet the farm on it. This is a long term play. Buy less than 1000 shares.

We bought 1000 shares at $8 and we think it will keep going.

They got approved to start extracting out of Texas.... so at least wait around for that.

My husband is really good at picking stocks so let's see how this pans out. 😉🤑

Today is May 20th, 2026 and the price is $13.35 today.

I am tired of everyone whining about data centers. The ones squeaking the most have their lives in the cloud, 150 apps downloaded, and gamble on Crypto. Set your cell phone down or shut up!

OMG Karen!

Not in my Backyard is your battle cry........

The same person throwing a fit has 18 years of Facebook history.... uses Door Dash.... uses Uber.... shops on Amazon .... has a bunch of stocks .... scrolls Instagram.... has their whole family gaming and TikTok Toking..... Uses Venmo or Apple pay for $3

She probably has a Linked In and 500+ contacts in her phone.

You just can't have it both ways. I am sorry.....

Stop whining about the Data Center if you are the biggest consumer of it.

Someone had to say it.

They are building a 40,000 acre biggest one in the USA in our state.

Yes it heats up the land.

You use the data KAREN.

Let's stop using the water for Alfalfa farming which goes to China to prop up their steak dinner and use the water to prop up Reddit data so I can rant!

Can you tell me your experience with family members being manipulated by cults, television, ideologies, influencers, or institutions?

My Dad has PTSD from Vietnam but also has been swept up into online preppers.

The YouTube studies the content he likes and now they feed him nonstop Doomsday pontificating fools.

He has ordered an old fashion washboard convinced we might lose electricity.

The airlines are allegedly going to leave us stranded.

Gold and silver should be the only thing we invest in.

For Christmas we got some special jam that was going to cure all our illness.

I am emotionally regulated and can critically think. This is disturbing.

He has new pellet guns around the house.

The mail order bride websites are also scamming him.

Has anyone else seen their family get fleeced and abducted by charlatans?

Falling in love with a place on vacation and wanting to move there can be caused by the subtlety of car free, not cooking, or cleaning.

I have noticed a trend that someone goes on vacation to Europe, Japan, cruise life, or other functioning societies and wants to expat away from the USA forever. Let me explain my interpretation:

I have been lucky to travel to Europe every year for 17 years. Sometimes twice. My travel total around the globe is 34 countries in 4 continents. So here is some commentary on expat wanderlust.

When you are on vacation coming from the USA you get to experience car free living. Maybe you take taxis or public transportation. Maybe you can just walk everywhere or rent a bicycle.

The other aspect is eating out. You probably didn't cook very much and ate at cute cafes, bakeries, street vendors, and restaurants.

Then your hotel probably had a maid.

You were separated from your work, neighbors, family, in-laws, chores, and weekly bills.

You also might have experienced safe streets and refined people.

So this combination was subtlety addictive. This doesn't mean you need to leave the country

Switching countries can be smart. I am just pointing out that people sometimes are weighted down by possessions and seek to be free from possessions... that might be the draw to expat.

Really examine it. You might just be frustrated with your car or living situation. You may not need to flee the country. Sell some of junk and downsize first. Maybe cut ties with your house and lawn care instead of fleeing the country? My Dad loved moving to Las Vegas because he no longer had to mow the grass.

People down in St. Theresa Costa Rica seemed to be happy expats. They get $400 rent and only need an ATV. It's the car free beach that calls them. That's a noble calling.

The smallest details ruin the operation and owners are clueless or stubborn.

I have been lucky enough to eat from Restaurants every meal for the last ten years. Thank you owners.

Occasionally I make eggs. I make dinner once a week or twice at most.

We travel often and use to eat in or get takeout. Then we transition to Door Dash. It's $5,000+ a month on there.

We order quick serve, upscale and fancy meals.

So owners I really have to tell you:

When you don't allow comments on the Door Dash you shoot yourself in the foot.

I was going to write in my comment box "no chia seeds" for my acai bowl but there was no button.

So I just deleted the thing and moved on. That's $70 in other food and coffee they won't get. Certainly a $9 coffee would have been worth it?

Another restaurant sells guacamole for $12 for a 6 Oz serving.

I only want to pay $5 for 2 Oz or less.

So that guy loses $50 and I dine in/order Mexican elsewhere.

In your restaurant the radio music is either too loud or poor sound selection.

We like comfy booths and you only have wooden chairs.

One restaurant was always packed and they offered cheese queso sauce with chips in addition to salsa.

Often we stop coming to your restaurant because of a steak difference. We use to get Ruth Chris every Sunday night and they eliminated the 12 Oz Ribeye. Now they only offer the 16 oz which isn't as good for some reason. So there goes $1000 a month for them from us.

Another issue is live music. Some of them we would pay to shut up. Your musician might be repelling customers.

It's small details like not offering hot tea. So many restaurants say there are no warm drinks. Ok well then you lost thousands because we are not buying booze and not coming back.

The biggest is your water. Your dishwasher leaves a chemical residue and makes your ice water taste horrible. We taste it in the ice tea also. Often we won't come back because you don't offer bottled water.

Many of us don't want your sugary drinks. Your Air conditioning is good for staff but miserable for us. If we are too cold we won't come back. If people are having their coats and sweaters on take notice.

Anyways you should also do extensive taste testing. I have had some lousy meals that you think taste good but don't.

You can call me fussy but I represent all the people that don't give you repeat business.

Farmer turns down millions from developers just to have the government seize his land after 80 years. A cautionary tale for you long term land investors. The USA is in full Communist Feudalism! Private Jet Airport!

This is the real truth about land ownership in the USA.

For those of you triggered by Communist rantings just study Mao/Stalin. This is the exact playbook they used. They didn't privatize the land they had forced workers work on seized land.

Paychecks will be waiting in the future jet hangars.

Seizing land for a community airport is the epitome of communism

Go ahead and tell me about your condo that is up $500,000 in the last seven years. It happens.

I want to just point out some things if you still live/invest in an area where you could have a home without an HOA.

In some areas it is too late. Condos use to have $75 monthly dues.

Some condos have HOA bills that are $600 monthly or more. I have seen them for $1200 and a mortgage would be $900 a month additional.

Trailer parks use to have space rent that was $400-$1000 a month and your double wide was $20,000-$100,000+

Condo/townhouse hoa bills increase constantly and assessments come periodically. In my town one HOA neglected maintenance and the bill was $150,000 each unit. These people were retired teachers! Everyone had to leave.

I am just warning you that the good Ole days of condo ownership has passed and the new model represents an upgraded trailer park system where you just rent the space.

It is getting so bad in my state they opened up a government agency just to keep the HOAs in check.

Some agencies are based in London managing units in the USA.

Somebody on Reddit tried to warn you in 2026.

There are some lively HOA subs you should check out before investing in condos.

Bryan claims he tested his plastics and does a sauna protocol to remove plastics.

I typed it into AI and I am not sure what testing company would be the best.

Has anyone paid for this?

I suspect my husband is highly contaminated with plastic.

This new Chinese system of getting desert land into crop growing farmland is fascinating.

I am wondering if it would be better to buy lots near major cities like Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Texas or if buying out in the middle of nowhere near lakes/ rivers freeways would be better?

https://www.earth.com/news/lab-grown-cyanobacteria-microbes-turn-desert-sand-into-fertile-soil-in-just-10-months/

It seems like there still might be a water issue?
