I think I am finally going to get a ring camera.

Unbelievable and freaky

I never buy the latest gadgets. We are old fashion, thrifty, and live in a safe area. This struck a nerve! Hopefully someone can install one for us.

What you are not calculating into your Real Estate deals. ADD YOUR LIST

I keep seeing people posting their numbers to have members check or look over for reassurance.

I wanted to post some things you might not be calculating into your deals in the USA:

Increasing insurance premiums/dropped policies

Covid pandemic squatting protections

Airbnb regulation changes

Banning nightly rentals

Nearby Construction noise

Crime scenes

Hoa nightmares/fighting/bickering/escalation

City zoning problems

Mold

Radon

Cracked slab

Sink holes

Termites

Severe pests

Fire

Extreme squatting

County eviction backlog, dysfunctional court system

Severe plumbing issues

Severe insurance claims/uninhabitable units

Gas leak and the unit sealed off/illegal to enter

Severe lawsuits

Hoa assessments

Weather damage not covered

Flooding

My favorite that actually happened to us:

Our foxy property manager rejected a tenants romantic gesture of asking her out. She had a boyfriend! He becomes petty/nutty and a drama king. So hubby doesn't renew his lease to be kind to her. After move out the gap in rent and ongoing Air Conditioning installation caused us 2.5 months lost rent for about $10,000

Everything I listed has been experienced by us or within 2 degrees of separation to someone we know/witnessed.

Add yours so the newbies can properly calculate their deals.

The United States has beat every country in the world in terms of speed, rate, helpfulness, and progress-per-year. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

I have been to 35 countries and seen quite a bit.

There are patches of refinement and some improvement needed in a few areas.

One of my favorite memories was being in a McDonald's in Zurich, Switzerland. They served the same sugary coffees in fancy glass dishes with a doily on a leather couch, chandelier, and coffee table. I felt kinda behind. Some of our USA McDonald's are ridden with homeless, criminals and meth heads.

However our country is young. California is only from 1875. Our tech companies have lifted up the entire globe. Our iphones, airplanes, medical, entertainment, and war machine is impressive for being organized and established 70% less time in duration!

A country might have a faster, cleaner, organized train system with busses (Germany) but they have had 1000+ years. So actually they are behind if you calculate rate.

We have saved Europe from Hitler, delivered South Korea, and many other victories.

Another country might have a waterfall in their airport, or be super clean without trash blowing everywhere..... but they had 700 years to clean up.

We also have added territories.

We perfect what they start. Amsterdam might have started the stock market.... but we run them in multiple cities and Sovereign Wealth Funds from around the globe bring their money to us.

Other places can rag on us all they want.... go ahead and call your friends and make fun of us.....

We made you the telephone.... the Facebook.... This Reddit....

If we had 400-1000+ years like your country has had..... we would be significantly better off than your country

Fifa sports...... we barely even play soccer and place really far in the tournament. Same with the Olympics, and other sports.

Bring us the Cricket, Rugby, Lacrosse, and anything else. We will start beating you in that if given enough time.

Outdoor air conditioner set right next to you. Like an Octopus you connect to. HVAC for hot outdoor places.

This is for really hot and miserable outdoor spaces. Some of us are fed up with summer. We are having record breaking temperatures in some places Worldwide.

This is mainly a system for commercial but you could make a smaller one for residential.

So a possibly loud generator will operate a big expensive $6,000 hvac system. That's in white and far away maybe 30 meters. It runs on anything! Gas, propane, solar, or even a hybrid battery. You choose.

It connects to the yellow stand that can be all different shapes based on your outdoor space. For this one I used a octopus/tree shaped type stand.

It can be used on dangerously hot construction sites also.

So the green tubes are retractable telescopic tubes where the air flows through.

The dark blue are mounting removable stands. That's where you set your personal vent. Only people plugged in get the air. It doesn't blow into open heat wastefully. It can also clip to your chair or table.

It would be like sitting next to a portal to the refrigerator. We all know how fun it is to open the freezer door and feel the chill.

So yes I sit down and pull down my vent. Boom some cold air from Heaven cools me down.

Some people are going to love this.

Please make this for us. We are hot and fussy. You keep the money. It is 108/42.22 in Las Vegas this week.

Bay of Kotor, Montenegro- A rare place with only four meters of beach!!

This unique geography has preserved their culture from invaders for centuries. I was shocked how little space their beaches offer.

It was beautiful and has warm hot weather.

A fire is going on so the air looks less clean and clear.

It's ok to stop working and enjoy life. Uncle Mike approves this message.

My cousin called his cell phone and there was no answer or text back.

He cautiously shows up to his trailer and the cell phone was left outside on the tailgate in the hot sun.

The door was locked so my cousin called the police.

They came and broke in and asked his son not to go in there. Rodents were chewing up Uncle Mike's dead body.

Uncle Mike (70M) had a long lifetime of labor. He liked driving. Union job of delivery of linens to hospitals got him started. Then he had back problems.... he rehabilitated and drove for DHL (kicked out of USA on a large scale)

Drove for Airborne Express (sold off and not around)

He cleaned a church he wasn't a member of for extra money.

He worked for a warehouse selling gold prospecting equipment. Sales slumped because of Amazon.

He ended his work journey delivering for Auto Zone because Social Security isn't enough.

Please.... none of the jobs or businesses matter.

It's perfectly ok to be antiwork. A better education would not have benefited him. His fantasy in life was gold prospecting. He had mining claims and believed that was his future.

Just quit working so much and try to enjoy life. Most of your wages are going to be pilfered by a landlord, spouse, or the government.

Those extra hours don't matter. Tell your boss "no" and go home. Most of your companies will not be around.

Has anyone taken the time to calculate a system to owning these and holding long term?

This sounds silly but it is four different thoughts.

Nvidia use to sell for 4 cents. (NVDA)

Monster drink use to sell for 2 cents (MNST)

Somewhere I was reading that Norway Sovereign Wealth Fund owns every single stock on every USA market exchange.

Has anyone ever done a back testing strategy on these penny stocks?

Like maybe an algorithm that once a 2 cent stock hits 4 cents it triggers another $200 investment? Then if it hits 8 cents you buy $200 more?

My cousin knew someone that owned tens of thousands of Nvidia shares he had bought at $1 and was still holding circa 2019 or so.

Obviously several would collapse to zero and bankrupt or cease to exist. So those would be losses.

Has anyone ever calculated it and ran the numbers?

So a $400 investment in 2002 Monster Drink would be worth $350,000 today. My question is how much you would have lost throwing $400 at several of these companies that go nowhere? Would you be minus $100,000 or positive $75,000?

It seems like if someone could make some parameters or guidelines it might pan out for them?

1952 USA Passport-- A time when married women could travel under the husband's name.

My Mom the feminist thinks this is despicable that her grandmother could travel without a passport of her own. She was just listed under her husband as property.

I photographed the entire passport. It had 30 blank pages but was only good for four years.

I am wondering if it was just about the regard and good will towards Americans was so high because of WW2 that they assumed she was harmless and had elevated global status?

Our last picks worked out. Energy Transfer (ET) is our pick. Going on the record.

Hubby thinks there is room to run on this Texas Company.

They build pipelines for Natural Gas and sell the gas.

War pressures, energy demands, and it pays a dividend!

The industries need this gas to prop up production.

40% of electrical power plants is run on Natural gas.

For our record we got people in the sub 100% and a 4:1 split in 90 days on this pick:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Stocks_Picks/s/lbYiHYPqTw

Our next pick is slightly down but we still think it's a great stock and are holding that one:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Stocks_Picks/s/8xAZ08TKUX

Then Mommy tipped you about this short sale one but I never actually did anything. That made money:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ShortStocks/s/7aGgQyCU0G

I am hopeful and confident this stock might pan out. We are buying 1000 shares tomorrow morning.

It is July 28th, 2026 and the price is $20.20

Legal Immigrants should be required to purchase criminal financial bonds.

This has nothing to do with politics, ICE, Trump, racism, favoritism, Constitution, or anything heated.

This is just math, insurance, liability, and numbers.

Like a sports bet, horse race, or statistic.

So earlier this year an immigrant set on fire a Diaper Warehouse in Southern California. He caused $500,000,000 in damage to the building, and the inventory. He filmed it on Instagram. He was mad his wages were only $18.... which is slavery where he lived.

My issue is that taxpayers have to buy him special Halal meat for 20 years and pay his jail bill. If he had a bond from the day he entered the country the bond would be required to pay at least $1.5m to the Federal courts.

So few first generation immigrants do these crimes---it would be easy to set that up.

The next guy in my post scammed $1.9m in gift cards and is facing ten years in jail. At least the jail money should be reimbursed. This is expensive hotel bills. There are enough native born people to foot the bill for----- we shouldn't pay for recent arrivals.

This includes DUI and smaller crimes. The local governments should not foot the bill for housing these people. At least a bond would distribute some money.

Bonds are required for:

Mortgages

Car dealers

Contractors

Notaries

Certain cleaners

to protect the public.

Everyone wants wealthy people to pay their taxes so they can provide jail hotels to people that have been here five or less years. The bond would be over once they are a Citizen. This would reimburse strained local governments eager to raise your taxes.

My Mom hates Medicare and can't see specialists. What is the solution for this?

My Mom 74 has been on Medicare for several years. She also has some supplemental coverage.

Her gripe is that when she needs to see a specialist nobody takes Medicare or the provider is over an hour away. She lives in a Coastal California area with high costs of living. I think the providers can't break even?

Sometimes if she can get an appointment it takes two or three months and by that time her gripe is less meaningful or painful.

She says it is easy to see a dermatologist, urgent care, basic physician, and gets CVS gift cards. When it is something serious she is neglected.

What is the solution this sub has for this type of shortage?

I am not being negative or trolling. Sincerely wondering what it would be like with millions of people on this system. Would they camp out at hospitals like Apple phone lines? Would it be a lottery to get an appointment?

How much extra would it cost to install/manufacture two hood latches? I want to call it the Lovine Latch. RIP Hyundai Elantra victim

https://gephardtdaily.com/local/tribute-fundraising-account-established-for-woman-killed-in-i-215-taylorsville-collision/?amp=1

This 28 year old was driving on the freeway and her Hyundai Elantra hood popped up.

I like Korea and went there in April for vacation. They are smart and ambitious people.

I wonder if it would just be an extra $60 or so?

Could concerned parents pay for an upgrade?

I posted on the Hyundai sub and of course they took it down after 3500 views.

Airplanes have latches so doors don't pop open.

How often do hoods on cars fly up? What could be designed so this never happens again?

Could a little decorative apparatus be installed between the fender and hood to twist shut manually?

Her name was Lovine Saili

Hyundai Elantra faulty hood latch causes 28 year old death. 😡🤬

Tragic Freeway Accident Claims Life in Taylorsville

Authorities have identified 28-year-old Lovine Aiulu Saili as the woman killed in a crash on Interstate 215 in Taylorsville earlier this week.

The incident occurred Monday, July 20, just after 12:15 p.m. on eastbound I-215 near Redwood Road when Saili's vehicle hood unlatched and flipped up while traveling on the freeway.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, Saili stopped her Hyundai Elantra between the second and third lanes, where a semi-truck traveling behind her was unable to stop in time and collided with the car.

Saili sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, while the semi-truck driver remained uninjured. Several lanes of I-215 were closed for about four hours during the investigation.

Loved ones have remembered Saili as a loving, humble, and hardworking individual who left a lasting impact on her coworkers and family. Officials have not yet released additional details regarding the crash.

Usury/Interest/Riba is the failure. Unregulated Fractional banking should be examined.

People rag on Capitalism but never stop to ponder math.

They loan out the same money simultaneously.

ALL of the National Debt is just interest.

Fractional Banking use to be they could only loan out the same money ten times simultaneously. This was lifted during the pandemic.

It causes bad inflation.

Nothing about fraudulent banking is Capitalism. It is Feudalism.

If you can earn 6% interest compounding on 1 billion dollars starting amount..... how many years until you own everything?

Dear China: Let me explain to you why people are less interested in having babies.

https://www.foxbusiness.com/technology/china-cracks-down-chatbot-romances-birthrate-crisis-worsens-report

Dear China:

People don't want to have kids in the Rural areas because parents are force separated from them. Internal passports where you leave your kids behind in a boarding school or the Grandparents to find work in the city is abusive.

Long working hours= Abusive

Locking people in their homes with a deadbolt = Abusive

It could kill them in case of a fire. Making them scream out of the window like prisoners.

Systems where older women are viewed as less fertile and desirable= Abusive

19 minute healthcare to see the doctor and get a prescription= Abusive

Drones flying above = Abusive

Social Credit Scores= Abusive

Labor Camps for Religious people = Abusive

At some point you have NOBODY TO BLAME but yourself.

ADD YOUR COMMENTS why people are not having kids in China
