Does your hotel brand store any complaints from guests over a long period or do they get erased after a time? I am looking to book a hotel right near where ill be working a few days, however myself and my gf made a formal complaint to their CS about 11 years ago, it was a legitimate complaint about noise levels and a broken aircon at a different hotel of theirs in which they refunded. However I now want to book with them again at one of their other hotels pretty much directly opposite where I need to be. I want to know if theyll search my name in their records, see my complaint and decide im a blacklisted customer?
