I got the Balatro DLC and i dont know how to get jimbo or access the Balatro map, any advice on how i can get him?

Ive plugged it in and downloaded Krita and despite the pad tracking the pen's movements, it doesn't actually draw anything, do i need to download anything else or mess around with the settings or something for it to register?
