So normally when I select the three dots, I have the name of the song, the artist, and the album

Since yesterday or today, this doesn't appear.

What should I do? What should I enable?

Can someone tell me where I can find Shiso leaves in Geneva, Switzerland? (I will probably freeze the half of the filling for a next batch)

Recipe:

Dough:

- 320g flour

- 175g warm water (30 sec in the microwave)

- 2 TBSP Sea Salt

Dough should be shaggy at first and kneed into a tight gluten tense ball. Rest 45 min.

Make a donut and cut it in 35 - 40 balls. Spread more flour

Filling:

- 1/2 lb pork shoulder (minced)

- 1/4 lb shrimp (minced)

- 4 TBSP Chopped Green onion

- 5 TBSP Grated Carrot

- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce (Soup Soy)

- 2 TBSP Ginger (Minced)

- 2 TBSP Garlic (Minced)

- 2 TBSP Sesame Oil

- 1 TBSP White Pepper

Mix until emulsion is formed

Steps:

Take a ball and flatten as flat as you can without tearing. (takes practice) Fill 1 TBSP of filling onto flattened round dough and close using a frill fold, pinching around into a half moon. Before closing, press on the actual belly of the Gyoza to push out any air. Close.

In a flat steel pan or steel wok, heat up to near smoking hot and place flat bottom of Gyoza in oil. Will fry quickly, so have water and lid ready to steam. Release Gyoza from pan before steaming to guarantee easy removal. Our water into pan and then cover to steam the Gyoza. STEAM WILL BE VERY HOT PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Press belly of Gyoza to ensure doneness of filling (firm with minimal give) Serve immediately, ideally with some crispy chili and sliced green onion.

I don’t want “Dorohedoro characters dressed as witches”. (Although En with a pointy hat would be cool)

I’m trying to create a real fusion aesthetic/lore.

What visual concepts, magical tools, character designs, or worldbuilding ideas would you add?
