How do prisoners get so jacked when they don't follow traditional workout principles?

Usually what they do is thousands of reps of calisthenics and I hear from a lot that they have no rest days.

I recently read about a guy who spent time in two prisons, one with no workout equipment and the other with workout equipment.

He said that the guys at the prison without workout equipment were the most jacked, not following a lot of the workout principles you see online.

They usually do not have any rest days, working out every single day.

And I'm just sitting here and wondering how true is the advice I'm getting from reading the /r/fitness wiki.

How do prisoners get so jacked with so little calories?

I mean I get the idea that prisoners work out all day since they have nothing to do, but isn't that a bad thing when I've been told on reddit that it's bad to workout until soreness?

Is working out all day like they do better for building muscle and than just doing a 45-minute routine recommended on the /r/fitness wiki?

Mongolian Samurai?

In the movie Mongol, what are the samurai in the battle at the end with the double blades?

Was that a thing in the Mongol army?

People who've been vegan for over 2 years - Can you tell me what the straight face that you're healthy right now?

I've been considering going vegan because of my girlfriend but I've been hearing a lot of horror stories from places like /r/exvegans of the health impacts of being vegan like multiple teeth falling out, pale skin, under eye darkness, loss of periods, lack of energy, irritability, depression, etc.

I'm also concerned about the lack of things like taurine, carnitine, carnosine, creatine, things you can only get from meat.

If you're a vegan, can you be honest and tell me with a straight face that you aren't dealing with these issues and that you are at least as healthy as omnivores?

Why is there so much racism in the raw vegan community?

There's a black poster here who often gets hate comments for seemingly no reason and I just don't get it.

It's like why would anyone hate someone who is busting out these sick raw vegan recipes and is helping people switch to raw vegan diets?

Why is there so much racism in the raw vegan community?

How does the lack of carnitine, carnosine, creatine, and taurine affect athletic performance in vegans?

Since you can only get this from animal products or by supplementing, are these things that may affect performance in the long run for vegans, and is this why omnivore body builders lift more than vegans?

I just failed the c25k program

I couldn't even get halfway through the first day of the program.

Since I can't do something that pretty much everyone could easily do, I failed and I think running just isn't cut out for me.

Why do I keep meeting a lot of bad people? Is this normal?

It's like I make so many friends, but a lot of them just turn out to be bad people and they often even say that they're bad people.

Like is this normal?

What do you think about the large amount of exvegans who say that they've had a health issues while on a vegan diet?

There are many interviews of exvegans over here who has to having had health issues while on the vegan diet

https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHFtFpL-YDT8JihzeEvJ9A4af9PKqfqob&si=3B6A31KYiyKRQMws

There are many other testimonies on /r/exvegan of people who say the same thing about how they had a more nutritionally deficient appearance, experienced the loss of periods, fruit destroying their teeth, developing bloodlust in wanting to consume animals after years, etc, even when they've done everything right like supplementing.

Knowing this, can you honestly say that a vegan diet is healthy?

I'm okay with you being on a vegan diet for the animals, but I'm not convinced that it's very healthy.

Isn't veganism a white thing?

Like I don't know why I should become a vegan if it feels like I'm adopting white culture over my own culture.

Cultures like in China, India, Thailand, all valued eating animal products for thousands of years and veganism was invented by some white dude less than even 100 years ago, so why is he right and why are we wrong?

Doing a marathon without any training at all?

I'm planning to run a marathon without doing any training and I just want to know how possible this is.

I don't exercise at all but I'm willing to walk during the marathon if that's what it takes to finish it.

Why does it seem like almost no women struggle with video game addiction?

I'm sure there are women out there who struggle with this, but there are so much more men who do for some reason.

I'm just wondering why this is the case.

Are most people who call themselves vegan even vegan?

By definition, veganism is the commitment to avoiding all animal exploitation as far as practicable and possible, and I just don't think that most vegans fit in that definition.

If you look through your wardrobe and furniture, if there is a single thing that's made by fur/leather/wool/etc, how does that make you vegan?

Are you buying fruits and vegetables from the supermarket?

If so, the pesticides used on those plants have killed millions of insects.

Were there times where you could have bought an electric vehicle versus the ICE vehicle that you have right now even though you knew you had the money but didn't?

If so, you're contributing to greenhouse gases that are killing thousands of defenseless animals, how is that vegan when you had the money to buy an electric vehicle?

How often do you use delivery services for your food, would that be vegan if it's leading to so much animal suffering?

At what point would you say that someone is or isn't vegan anymore, and can you really call yourself vegan with the lifestyle that you have?

Why don't the Mongols get more credit for their diversity?

The Mongols are often made out to be monsters but why don't people focus on the more positive aspects that they brought to the world?

For example, they've had at that point the most diverse army in history, largely promoting people on the basis of merit and not what they look like.

In the Mongol armies, you had Chinese, Persians, Central Asians, Armenians, Circassians, Genoese, Russians, Ukrainians, Hungarians, Uyghurs, Koreans, etc, soldiers from all over the rainbow fighting together and being promoted according to not the color of their skin, but the content of their character.

They've put Persian administrators in China and Chinese administrators in the Middle East, had Marco Polo serve Kublai Khan and escort a Mongolian princess, connected Eurasia and allowed the transfer of knowledge from both sides.

Like why don't the Mongols get more credit for the diversity that they've been bringing to the lands that they've been to?

Is there any actual proof that Mongols invaded Russia?

I can't seem to find any evidence that the Mongols invaded Russia.

Is there any written documentation which unmistakably confirms that Russia was indeed invaded by the mongols?

As far as I know there were many nomadic groups in Europe that could have done what the Mongols supposedly did.

Why is there almost no Mongolian genetic footprint in Eastern Europe?

I thought there would have been more Mongolian DNA in modern Russians since they've been ruled by the Mongols for almost 200 years and Russian women are among the most beautiful in the world.

Why are there almost no Mongolian genetic markers in Eastern Europe despite this?

What is your opinion on those who transition into women and then make posts about how much they hate men?

I see this a lot in places like MtF.

What is your opinion on people who transition from male to female and then they start making posts about how much they hate men?
