As the title says, would adding an injury/scar like that be disrespectful in some way? I want my partial to be horrifying, but I don’t want to do it in a way where I could make others uncomfortable.

I picked up this rat yesterday. Went to move him to set up his cage and he attacked my finger, biting deep. Yesterday he attacked a spoon several times, today he attacked my camera as I recorded him. I don’t know how to get him to see a vet if he attacks everything. He’s a year old, is it learned behavior now? Previous owners had labeled him territorial. I know he’s been living alone for over 2 months, at the least. Help???
