Does a 40 day itinerary improve the chances of getting a multiple entry Japan visa from India?

I'm applying for a Japan tourist visa from India and had a question about the itinerary.

If I submit a 40 day itinerary instead of a 30 day one, does it increase the chances of getting a multiple entry visa? My thinking is that Japan often issues a 1 month single entry visa, so I'm avoiding a 30 day itinerary in case it influences the decision.

Would you recommend submitting a 40 day itinerary, or is it better to keep it closer to my actual travel plans? Has anyone from India received a multiple entry visa with a longer itinerary?

Japan Tourist Visa from India Previously Lived in Japan Questions About Friends Flights and Accommodation

I'm a 29-year-old Indian freelancer with around ₹15 lakh in my savings account. I previously lived and worked in Japan for several years and now want to apply for a 1-month tourist visa through VFS Delhi.

I have a few questions:

  1. I want to apply under the tourism category because I don't want to go through the visiting friends/relatives route, which requires invitation letters and other documents. Is it okay if I mention in my cover letter that my primary purpose is tourism, but I may also meet some old friends and former colleagues during my trip? Or should I avoid mentioning them altogether?
  2. Is a fully paid round-trip flight ticket required for the visa application, or is a flight reservation/onward itinerary enough? I don't want to spend a large amount before my visa is approved because I may decide to travel to another country after Japan instead of returning directly to India. I noticed some VFS documents mention a flight schedule or reservation rather than a purchased ticket.
  3. For accommodation, I can submit fully refundable hotel bookings for the visa application. However, after arriving in Japan, I may stay with a friend in Tokyo for about two weeks. At immigration, would I need to show hotel bookings covering my entire stay, or is it generally sufficient to explain that I'll be staying with a friend if asked?
  4. Has anyone here recently applied as a tourist after previously living in Japan? Did your previous residence or work history make the process easier or lead to additional questions?

I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone with recent experience, especially applicants through VFS Delhi. Thanks!

GHL's native Conversation AI vs 3rd party bots (like AppointmentWise), is native good enough after training, or is 3rd party worth the extra subscription?

Question for anyone using GHL with automated AI to handle smart responses and book appointments.

I've seen a lot of people using different conversation AI bots inside GHL, like AppointmentWise and others. I want to know, once GHL's native Conversation AI is properly trained, is it good enough to answer most questions and book appointments reliably? Or is it better to use a 3rd party conversation app instead?

Curious what your experience has been. My concern is that if I use a 3rd party tool, I'd need to pay for a separate subscription for each client. Whereas with GHL's native Conversation AI, it gets billed directly from my client's card, which is more convenient. But I'm not sure if native GHL AI is actually good enough compared to 3rd party options, would appreciate any real experience on this.

30M, N2 holder, left Japan due to low pay, job-hopped 4 times in 3 years, while in japan, now recruiters won't consider me. How do I fix this?

I used to live in Japan before, and I left due to low salary, it was getting difficult to survive in the long run. Although now I'm a bit more financially stable with my own business and confident in my skills, I want to try going back to Japan for a job.

The problem is, all the recruiters I've talked to say that because I switched jobs 4 times in 3 years while I was there, they don't want to consider me as a potential candidate, even though I have N2. I'm now more confident in my marketing skills than before, but I'm not sure how best to apply.

I'm currently based outside Japan, in South Asia. Any suggestions on how to approach this would really help.

A2P verified, but GHL number still shows "Likely Scam" on incoming calls, any fix?

>My client's A2P is fully verified (US local number 10DLC), but whenever someone calls their GoHighLevel number, it shows up as "Likely Scam" on the recipient's phone and they hang up before answering. Has anyone dealt with this? What actually fixed it for you?

Client's calls to leads going straight to voicemail without ringing, anyone else running into this? (US market)

I book leads for clients through ads/CRM, and when the client tries calling those leads, a large chunk of the calls are going straight to voicemail without the phone ever ringing on the other end. This isn't just a one-off, it's happening across a good portion of the leads, so it feels like something systemic rather than random bad luck.

What's odd is that instead of hearing the lead's personal voicemail greeting, the client hears the generic carrier message, something like "This call has been forwarded to voicemail, please leave a message after the tone." No ringing at all before that.

Has anyone else dealt with this on the client side? Trying to understand what's actually causing it and how to fix it.

Does having GST registration help Indian freelancers get multiple-entry visas or strengthen visa applications?

Question for solo, independent Indian freelance travelers: does having a GST registration help with getting a multiple-entry visa, or does it make your visa file look better in general? How exactly would that work?

Running my freelance marketing business, stressed about not being able to replicate past results for new clients, how do you all cope with this?

Title:

Hey everyone, hoping someone can relate or help me think through this.

I am a freelance marketer. A couple of months back I got really good results for a client through paid ads, 2 clients even hit 15X, 20X ROI in the same niche, and I have recorded testimonials to back it up. Using those case studies, I landed more clients, but the newer ones aren't getting the same results. Bad leads, complaints, the whole thing. I'm not someone who likes putting the blame back on the client, so it's been really stressful trying to figure out how to consistently deliver.

Recently an inbound lead paid me $4200 for 4 months of service, based purely on my past results. But the exact method that worked before isn't working as well anymore, so I've been exploring other approaches to still deliver for them. The problem is the client's expectations are high because of those past numbers, and I took the money with full confidence that I'd figure it out through more research and testing. On top of that, they've added conditions like not wanting to get on calls and wanting leads to sign up through a form instead.

Now I'm just feeling stressed and honestly a bit demotivated. I understand the niche, just approaching it differently this time, and I'm putting in the effort, testing, fixing things, never ignoring a problem. But there's always that fear in the back of my mind: what happens if they don't get the results they expect? What do I even say to them at that point?

I know sometimes the algorithm just doesn't cooperate, and sometimes results come partly from the client's own effort too, not just the ads. But I still feel responsible when a client doesn't get what they hoped for, even when I know I'm doing everything right on my end.

How do you all deal with this kind of pressure and uncertainty when running your own agency? Would appreciate any advice or perspective.

[Hiring] Meta Ad Creative Designer – Paid Per Creative (₹200/ad) – References Provided

Looking for someone who can create Meta ad creatives on a per-creative basis. Budget is around ₹200 per ad (bundle/long term hiring possible). All references/briefs will be provided on our end, this is more about volume + consistent quality, so ideally you can turn around creatives reasonably fast without compromising on design.

Even a little prior experience is fine, just need someone who actually understands graphic design fundamentals (composition, typography, etc.), not someone relying on AI-generated templates/tools to churn these out.

If this sounds like you, DM me with a few examples of your past work (ad creatives preferred).

Free way to create Meta ad creatives that do not look AI generated

Does anyone know a good free way to create Meta ad creatives for clients?

I was using ChatGPT to generate most of my creatives, but one of my clients recently complained that they look too AI generated.

My agency revenue isn't very high right now, so I'm trying to avoid expensive tools.

Are there any free (or very affordable) tools or workflows that can create high quality, natural looking Meta ad creatives that don't have the obvious AI look?

I'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

Running a GHL agency for US clients, how to handle funnels as clientele grows without copy-paste overlap?

Hey everyone,

I run a marketing agency targeting US-based clients in a specific niche. I found a funnel that works really well, proven results, simple but effective. When I had fewer clients I would just copy paste the GHL snapshot for each new client and it was fine.

Now my client base is growing and I'm running into a problem. If multiple clients in the same niche are running the same funnel — same landing page layout, same flow — there's a real risk that a business owner could click a competitor's ad and land on what looks like the exact same page. Even though the funnel is mine, it looks like a copy paste job and could be embarrassing for both me and my clients.

My dilemma:

  • The funnel is proven and I don't want to break what's working
  • But I also don't want clients having near-identical funnels
  • If I start customizing every funnel heavily I don't know if the results will hold

Questions:

  1. How do you handle this as your agency scales, do you customize per client or keep a proven template?
  2. What are the minimum changes that make funnels feel unique without breaking what works?
  3. How do you protect yourself from clients in the same niche seeing each other's funnels?

Would love to hear from agency owners who've navigated this. Thanks!

Small Indian agency owners: How do you accept Stripe payments from US clients and handle taxes?

Is there any small Indian agency owner or freelancer here who primarily works with US clients?

I've recently started getting more clients on monthly retainers, and I feel Stripe would be a much better option than my current payment methods.

However, I'm a bit confused about how everything works. From what I've read, it seems like I may need to register a US LLC, but I'm not sure if that's actually required or if there are other options for someone based in India.

I'm trying to understand:

  • Do I need a US LLC to use Stripe with US clients?
  • How does taxation work if I'm an Indian resident?
  • Is it worth registering an LLC, considering the costs and compliance?
  • If you went through this process, what setup did you choose and why?

I'd love to hear from other Indian agency owners or freelancers who have already done this. Any advice or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone build job connections in Japan on a tourist visa, then apply for a work visa properly from their home country afterward?

Not asking about working illegally on a tourist visa, I know that's not allowed. My question is more about the legal path: has anyone come to Japan on a tourist visa, used that time to network, meet people, maybe even land a job offer, but without actually starting work or changing status while still on the tourist visa, then gone back to their home country and applied for a proper work visa from there based on those connections?

Is this actually a realistic path? Did the tourist visa time end up helping at all, or did companies not care since you weren't working during that period? Would love to hear from anyone who's actually done something like this, not just theoretical advice.

Used Wise Japan account after leaving the country, will this affect future visa applications?

I lived in Japan until last year, but since my visa was still active, my Wise account wasn't closed completely. It'll close once my visa expires. I had some money left on my debit card in Japan and in Wise Japan, and I've used it a little even after a year, not much, maybe 80,000 to 100,000 yen total.

Whenever it sends money, it says "We sent your money using our Type 2 licence, which is regulated by the Kanto Local Finance Bureau."

I'm wondering if this will have any impact on future Japan visa applications, since I'm no longer a tax resident there, but I did pay all my resident tax before leaving.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Would using a Japanese debit/Wise account after leaving the country, while your visa is technically still valid, cause any issues down the line?
