That was such a crazy month. Quake stopping that one dude from destroying the earth, and I shit you not, not even an hour later people staring getting dusted all around because of Thanos.
Ever wonder what what have happened if Gravity-Man won that fight.
Okay so in the original 616 timeline the earth was cracked apart by General Talbot. This future was stopped creating a branch in the timeline. This branch is where Thanos snapped away half the population.
Victor's line about stolen lives is about everyone in the 616 universe living a life that only is possible because of the SHEILD creating a branch reality. The Destroyed Earth universe most likely did an incursion with another universe.

Two hours of the Seven Doctors sitting around drinking tea.
When 13 feel from the sky she feel into an alternative universe where the Fugitive Doctor was the Timeless Child.
Then at some point the Toymaker started messing with reality causing both universes to blend together. blending the history of Fugitive into the Doctor's history. Also causing 13 to regenerate into an old face. why 14 Bi-Generationed. Reality trying to course correct two timelines merged together. we can assume Bi-Generationed happened for for every time lord that was alive at this point.

Everyone who played the Doctor was very convincing. You can definitely tell how this story was adapted into the Three Doctors. I don't wanna say much because I don't wanna spoil this but I will say a few things.
