[TOMT] Help me find this movie from my childhood.

There was this movie I saw as a kid that I can't remember name of that I'm trying to find. From what I can recall, it was a heist-comedy about an escaped con who gathers a gang to rob a bank by literally stealing the entire bank. Said bank was in a trailer/manufactured home and the film ended with the trailer bank crashing into the ocean and the gang leader escaping the sheriff chasing him by literally swimming out to sea. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

I say premiere as while it is her show's second season, she was a loli in season 1 and therefore not eligible.
