Trouble and questions to those who have messed with the Arizona Regulator.

I have 2 PSA and 1 colt ar15. Colt has the web sear blocker so thats out of the picture (about to find a gunsmith to mill it out). With the PSA, the regulator just barely fits into the upper. But when I close it I can only pull the charging handle halfway back before it hangs up and gets stuck. I will say I have the 3 position one, but have not installed all the other components like the hammer and fcg. Id hate to put all that in just to find out it does the same thing. So my main question is, would having the other parts not installed contribute to the problem I'm having? They have the 2 position Regulator that looks identical and its supposed to function fine all on its own...so that's what makes me think i should at least be able to charge it regardless. Is there any difference between the two position and 3 position? Id really appreciate any input or personal experience you've had. Thanks.

Anyone ordered from this company?

Ordered a set of supermotos on 7/11. But they didn't "ship out" till 7/18. All she has given me is a ups label. I don't have shit for tracking the ship like I did with my surron. She said 20 days shipping. She's very short too and idk, I was just looking for a lil peace of mind. Surely I can't be the only one to order from here. Thanks

Need a bit of guidance and opinions on best, easiest way to get a SBR

Hello. I'm new to this whole corner of the gun industry dealing with the ATF. I recently got my first suppressor through silencer central so I have an ATF account and password I set up. However they took care of all the paperwork so I still don't quite know the process. Is it really as simple as just filling out a form 1 for an SBR? I am going to buy a lower from PSA and a 300 BO upper. I think how it works is I have to buy them first, wait till they arrive to get the serial number. Then fill out the form and wait for approval where it can then be released to me. Is this the correct sequence of events? How will my FFL know it's been approved to release it to me? And last, once I have it, I won't be able to swap different uppers on there will I? I believe I heard once you get approved that build is set in stone forever. Appreciate the help guys. This sub is the absolute best of any on reddit for actually receiving good information and help!

What Glock would be the best host for an frt?

I've got a 17 and 27. The 27 would probably be shitty with one and hard to hold. But I'm hesitant to abuse my 17 like that also. I have certain guns I'm fine with putting one in....but my more expensive guns I'd just hate to put through all the added abuse. Im probably being too paranoid about it. Im anal about my things and often probably worry about shit thats not even much of an issue...but regardless. I'm thinking of buying an old surplus beater Glock as a host. What would be the best host? What have y'all put them in and what's your opinions? Thanks. (Picture for attention, only Glock pictured is a 27; just what I currently keep in my nightstand)

Entire rear left wheel is getting extremely hot!

This happened yesterday. I can't say I noticed a big difference while driving ....but It did seem a little off. Maybe a lil less power, a lil more resistance then normal. I've been experiencing rough shifting that felt like it was coming from the rear diff. I kinda doubt it's a brake issue. I changed all the brakes months ago and have been fine and it doesn't act as if they are malfunctioning. I highly suspect the rear end or bearings possibly. Does the rear have wheel bearings also? Or is it all one piece? I'm thinking worst case I just replace the whole rear end. But I've never worked on a rear end so I don't know the failure signs or how to narrow down the issue. Id really appreciate any personal stories or input. I noticed the smell of burnt rubber and then the extreme heat coming off the entire wheel. Was hot enough to burn you.

Need guidance installing frame sliders on a 2008 GSXR. Having a few possible issues.

Bought bike used. It had a hole cut out of the fairing directly in line with the main threaded hole. But as you see on this plate thing they gave me....the hole where the actual slider goes in is different. Ok no big deal I guess....but I'm honestly questioning if the fairing will even fit around this plate. Last and most importantly....what purpose does the main hole serve? Does it also serve as a motor mount? If you look close inside the hole the motor threads don't look quite lined up with the hole and I'm having trouble tightening the bolt. It doesn't feel right like I'm cross threading it and I stopped and took a break to seek some guidance before I fuck something up. Also if you can just screw them straight in then why the plate? Please help.

Ive got a PSA PA-15 in trying to put the Arizona regulator in.

Bought many months ago. It's finally just about made it's way into the rotation to install. All I've done is mess around with the main piece trying to close it in the gun. I noticed when I put it in the upper I have to very very slightly pull the BCG back out a couple millimeters to get it to pop in. But then it won't close into the lower cuz the BCG is hitting the buffer slightly. Obviously I need to sand an edge somewhere on the regulator. Im just curious to hear what others have done and experienced with the mentioned parts and gun. Just trying to get some guidance before I go and take too much off the wrong spot and ruin it. Thanks.

Anyone else adamant about not letting people drive your bikes?

I noticed In the motorcycle community it's regular for people to drive each other's bikes. I absolutely can't stand that fact. I hate being made to feel like some uptight stickler for turning people down. I have no regrets about being like this and I can gaurentee you I won't be the one stuck with a wrecked bike and nothing to ride for someone else's bulshit! I'm just curious if others feel the same way. I probably put way too much thought into this honestly, but I keep thinking about how it'll be when I start having guests at my new house. How they will undoubtedly see 4 different bikes and say "hey let's go ride, I'll drive this one". I have a surron too so the argument of "you don't know how" is out the window. The only situation where I would even consider it is if someone I'm riding with and know and trust wants to swap for 5 mins to experience my particular model. But I'd be on theirs and we would be right beside each other so I'll know they didn't do any bullshit. Does anyone else out there feel similar to me on this topic? Or am I just a tightwad like in most other areas of my life lol

How are the centering pieces supposed to go?

First range trip today and was a total success! At first I had too much trigger pressure and was disappointed and confused because I know I did it right. But was only user error. I bought this centering frame pieces from AS designs. For some reason the gun won't close with them. It functions fine without but unsure if these things are actually very helpful and recommended or what. Id appreciate some insight on these things. Thanks. PSA PX9

These are shitty ass washing machines

Just went through this scummy reseller who gets broken equipment in high volume. I'm not sure if they had contracts with stores for like returns and shit....or if they solely go around buying problem shit. The first washer just got stuck in senseing mode. Bring it back and they give me the same type of washer. This one casts water drops onto the floor as it washes. Yeah my first sign should of been this bitch selling out of a storage unit...and when she said she works a full time job and this is her side thing. Her family member is the one who actually does it for a living and has a store and likely is legitimate. Im pretty sure she just takes his cast offs and fucks people with them. Whole time convincing herself it's ok cuz she will just swap it with another half broken one until they are satisfied or go away. Anyways I'm just curious to ask you guys, are these washers usually ok? Because they seem way too problem ridden. Curious of others experience with these. Thanks.

Anyone else hate seeing the "thug", "hoodrat" types with these FRT's?

I just hate it cuz I know they will be the reason why these get taken away soon. Most of us are just enjoying our freedoms shooting targets; but these guys are out here killing each other with these. Straight up putting holes in anything near. They couldn't hit shit in semi so just imagine now 😂 I had previously thought most of them were too stupid to actually properly install but I guess all it takes is one friend out of the bunch not being a total dumbass and the whole crew knows how now. Just sucks scrolling social media and seeing that. I give it a year or maybe two tops before these are made illegal. Watch and see! And it's not gonna be from us target practicing....

Bought a house at auction 6 months ago. They did not disclose numerous major issues. I am in TN.

I know in TN it's a lil different with disclosure. Not sure of the exact details. Im not understanding. Something about in most states you have to disclose issues at auction but In TN you dont...or something. They make you sign a waiver before you bid stating AS IS and it's at your own risk. But I googled it and attorney's are saying regardless they have to disclose major issues like mold and foundation. Idk I'm getting a lot of conflicting info. Basically their is a roof leak...ok to be expected whatever....but also the whole concrete driveway and pad has cracks and water washing out the dirt underneath. It's also effecting my garage that sits on it. It's splitting in half and can't use it. In the last 6 months it's spread a half inch. I obviously saw the cracks but I was ignorant to alot of different things. How water erosion works with the cracks is one. I assumed everything had settled and it was fine and that was that. They were not spread open until a few months in. Now that it's summer mold is showing up in the basement. They had a dehumidifier and had to of known about it. For the foundation you can see where they poured concrete at the bottom to try and help the washout. Most cracks had patch jobs on them. Obviously they knew all of the issues but didn't mention a thing. I imagine something like this would be pretty hard to prove that they knew...snd even then how do you prove it wasn't disclosed? They could lie and say they did tell me! It's all making sense now. How they sold in winter. Why the seller wanted to auction it instead of listing on market. I mean if legally you have to disclose these things either way I'm not seeing the benefit for them to auction. They could of easily listed the house AS IS also. I struggle with trusting my judgement on things and go back and forth between feeling like I got fleeced and should seek an attorneys advice and thinking AS IS means AS IS and it would be a waste of time money and energy I should just put towards fixing them. Quite honestly I doubt I'm willing to come out of pocket for a lawyer especially with all the contradictions and being unsure if I have a case. Is this something they might do pro bono if it's clear cut? The more I think about it the angrier I get. I greatly appreciate any input from you kind educated people.

Has anyone at all ever heard of Tactical RN and their MnP 2.0 frt?

Saw one video from poor boy arms many months ago. I ordered from that video. Never heard a mention of them since. Specifically bought a MnP shield 2.0 to put it in just to find it's only for the bigger 2.0s. the non shield ones. Id just say full size but to my understanding they have a "compact" version of them too that's non shield. I guess these are direct copies of the FFT one. On FFT website it mentions of rounding the trigger bar. If anyone has any information on these things and can maybe show me directly what I need to round. Or even better if you too bought from Tactical RN and ran them! I can't seriously be the only one. I never cared a bit about the full size MnP so I'm gonna be pissed if I buy the 2nd gun now for this Frt just to find I got the wrong model again....or it barely works. I have 4 MnP now I didn't really want another anytime soon but what's it called, the sunk cost fallacy. Im into this $500 so far and want to see it through. Id much rather this money go towards a unique new addition to the collection if it's just going to be problematic.

Do motorcross helmets catch the wind bad because of the top fin thing?

Need a new helmet and I've always just got the full face flip visor helmet for the road. They work fine for trail riding and such too. I mostly ride on the road but do have a surron I intend to trail ride a bit and take to the track so might be worth it to get a mx helmet and googles. The problem is the one motocross helmet I ever tried would want to rip off my head cuz of the fin. I'm not sure what the deal was but it couldn't of possibly been right I wouldn't think. I guess I'm just curious if that's normal or what?

Are y'all worried about these blowing up and burning your house down?

I keep all my motorcycles in my garage typically however it's been in the upper 90s so moved the surron to my workshop on basement floor of my house. Figured it couldnt be ideal for the batteries and when I looked it up it said be sure they are not stored in higher then 104 degrees. My garage is one thing and bad enough but I feel extremely uncomfortable now and need to gauge if it's idiotic or not. I always told myself if they go it's when they are charging but I don't exactly know that to be totally true.

Ordering supermoto wheels off Alibaba. What sprockets do y'all recommend?

I have a 2025 Ultra Bee HP. All I do is street ride with it and I feel bad about ruining the dirt tires. Apparently most of these don't come with sprockets and brakes so if anyone knows the go to brand to get let me know. While I'm at Im curious to hear from anyone who has changed the teeth count to change the gearing. Mainly I'm curious to know if I added a tooth how drastic of a change is it(which I believe adds more low end power which is what I'm after). It honestly wouldn't matter much if I lost 5mph off the top and topped out at 57 instead if I gained low end. But I'm so used to how it wheelies now id hate to go to changing it and realize I like the stock gearing better. Please and thanks. Im trying to get this ordered ASAP.

Rear right shock needs replacing. Not sure how to get the right size. Bought truck used. Lifted but shocks have Chrysler symbols on them??

Truck is on 37s and obviously has some kind of lift. Body or suspension...I'm not sure. As I said the suspension looks stock to me ...but I'm not sure. Rear shocks have Chrysler symbols on them. If it were a body lift how would I tell? Rear right of truck is sitting slightly lower than the left. I can tell from how it rebounds its going out also.I want to replace the rear shocks but have no clue to figure out what size to buy to make sure it matches. No way to figure out to buy the 3inch lift shocks....or the 6 inch...or what. Im assuming the different lifts will use different length shocks. I have a leaking roof on my house and need to get a big load of lumber and materials soon so I'd greatly appreciate any help. I'm new to working on lifted trucks and just know the basics. Thanks
