Managing energy and PEMs - feel slow and lethargic in the mornings but improves when I get active
Does anybody else have these same kind of symptoms? When I wake up I feel okay but lethargic and heavy.
It persists if I don’t do much, say a rest day on the couch doing minor tasks at home I’ll stay in the same space. My mental health is also quiet at this time.
But things improves greatly if I get up and go out, walk more and do a little more activity like go to the supermarket.
Im super cautious about over doing it and managing my spoons after a couple of bad relapses so I don’t know what to trust.
I don’t know if I should just listen to my body and rest, or if this energy is okay. It doesn’t catch up with me as PEMs as far as I can tell.
