[homemade]Focaccia

A couple of weeks back my girlfriend made a focaccia, which was very tasty.
This week it was my turn. So, I did a 48 hour cold prove in the fridge and this is how it turned out.

It’s definitely not her best looking focaccia, but it sure tasted great…I’ll make one in the next week or so.

[homemade] Focaccia breakfast sandwich

Last night, just before bed, my girlfriend baked a focaccia. I woke this morning eager to try it. What better way to try it than to make a breakfast sandwich with it, so that’s what I did.
On the sandwich-

Tomato
Pickled carrot and cucumber
Salad leaves

[homemade] Seabass with garlic and rosemary infused creamy mash potatoes and a little broccoli

I made this dish a few weeks back as one of my first posts. A lot of the comments were telling me to add a sauce. As one can see, I didn’t do that. What I did was to make the mash potatoes super creamy with lots of butter and rosemary and garlic infused milk.
Let me tell you, it made a huge difference. As did the rock salt all the way from Trapani, which paired nicely with cracked black pepper on the seabass’ crispy skin

Very Close to Everyone’s Favourite Crisp

First post in the community
The beefiness is definitely there, but as you can see I’ve had to add the mustard element to get the likeness to the one and only BRANNIGANS
These are delicious all the same!
