Seafood Paella. Plain and simple and full of flavour.
I used Smoked Haddock, Cod, King Prawns and Tiger Prawns. I usually add Mussels too, but didn’t have any in.
I love a breakfast like this…it’s indulgent, a little naughty and has its healthy elements too. On the butty there is lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, fried egg and Bresaola

Egg fried in tomato and rosemary infused EVO, bresaola, lettuce and confit tomato barm and a crumpet with lashings of butter.
A crumpet with cream cheese and blueberries, a fried egg and beef tomato barm/bap/cob/bun/muffin/batch/bun, with some bresaola to go with the egg and tomato barm/bap/cob/bun/muffin/batch/bun.
Followed by some Kiwi, watermelon and strawberries.
For dinner I made lemon and herb seasoned salmon and prawns,lightly toasted homemade spinach bread with confit tomatoes accompanied with a chilli honey for the prawns.

In Brazil it’s called Mexidão. Pulled oxtail, pulled short rib, pulled bbq chicken all warmed through with rice with a nice fresh side salad.
Drink:Kiwi, mint, lime and passion fruit granita…

Side salad of fresh lettuce tomatoes marinated tomato vine and garlic infused EVO with salt and basil.

Burger and chips with bbq chicken wings and salad.
Homemade burgers with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder added to the mince beef.
Beef: 1/2 chuck, 1/2 brisket
Chips: homemade double cooked chips. parboiled allowed to cool and then fried.
Chicken: Marinated in a sticky, smokey barbecue sauce.
Salad: fresh lettuce, cucumber, tomato marinated in a homemade cherry tomato, tomato vine, and garlic with salt and basil extra virgin olive oil.
The girlfriend added a grilled stuffed mushroom to each of her burger. We both had grilled onions and cheese.
Drinks: Guaraná and Gusto Sicilian Blood Orange
Homemade burger with home cooked chips, bbq marinated chicken wings, stuffed mushrooms cooked in griddle pan, fresh salad homegrown tomatoes soaked in a homemade tomato vine, basil and salt oil. Accompanied by picked radish and picked sweet chillies. Drinks: Guaraná and Gusto Sicilian Blood Orange.

Two fried eggs served with tata-tots, sautéed mushrooms, grilled cherry tomatoes, gourmet beef sausage, gourmet vegetarian sausage, turkey rasher, seasoned smashed avocado, beans and toasted sourdough. Everything had its own special touch of magic.
The girlfriend cooked last night and boy does she know what I like. She made BEEF SHORT RIBS, RICE and a nice refreshing SALAD to go with it…for drink a GUSYO GINGER ALE with JALAPEÑO
