Hannibal Lecter (Hannibal franchise by Thomas Harris)
Dr. Hannibal Lecter VIII is the titular main antagonist of Thomas Harris’ franchise of the same name.
Lecter, as described in Thomas Harris's novels, is a small, lithe man who possesses incredibly wiry strength in his arms. In The Silence of the Lambs, it is revealed that Lecter's left hand has the condition called mid-ray duplication polydactyly, i.e., a duplicated middle finger. In Hannibal, he performs plastic surgery on his own face on several occasions and surgically removes his extra digit. Lecter's eyes are maroon and reflect light in "pinpoints of red." He has small, white teeth and dark, slicked-back hair with a widow's peak.
Wonder what actor would play this Hannibal?
Erik (Phantom of the Opera)
Erik (also known as the Phantom of the Opera, commonly referred to as the Phantom) is the titular central character of Gaston Leroux's Le Fantôme de l'Opéra, best known to English speakers as The Phantom of the Opera.
In the original novel, Erik is described as corpse-like and is referred to as having a "death's-head" throughout the story. He has no nose, and his eyes are sunken so deep in his skull that all that is seen are two eye sockets, except when his yellow eyes glow in the dark. His skin is yellowed and tightly stretched across his bones, and only a few wisps of dark brown hair are behind his ears and on his forehead.
His mouth is never described in as much detail, but is referred to as a "dead mouth" by Christine, and Erik acknowledges that his mouth is abnormal when lifting up his mask to display ventriloquism. He is described as extremely thin, to the point where he resembles a skeleton. Christine graphically describes his cold, bony hands, which also either feel or smell like death.
Lon Chaney's design is fairly accurate to the book

youtu.beKing John (Robin Hood)
Prince John is a lion and the main antagonist of Disney's 1973 animated feature film Robin Hood.
Prince John is a skinny, slender lion. Unlike his older brother, he does not have a mane. Prince John’s head is notably much smaller than his brother’s as well, and so King Richard’s crown droops down a bit when on John’s head. John wore before a red royal robe, which was stolen. He wore long, blue underwear underneath his robe. He then wore a blue robe, which is clearly less important than his red one, but having lost his red robe, he wears this from then on.

Titans (Hercules)
The Titans are supporting antagonists in the 1997 Disney animated feature film, Hercules.
The Mountain King: A two-headed Titan made completely out of rock. He ripped through the gate of Mt. Olympus and is the physical manifestation of Earth. The Lurker: A lanky skeletal Titan made completely out of ice. He teamed up with Pyros to imprison Zeus. He is the physical manifestation of ice. His special ability is to breathe blizzard out of his mouth and freeze things instantly. He was voiced by the late Jim Ward.

youtu.beWhat would Father (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) & Dante (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) think of each other?
Hot Take: Invisible Man (1933) is better than Frankenstein (1931)?
Special Effects are revolutionary and still hold up to this day. Griffin is extremely entertaining and evil. Invisible Man has tension at the end, with the police hunting Griffin. Side characters are also entertaining, such as Kent, the tavern owner, and the police.
Button Face (Nightbreed)
Dr. Philip K. Decker, also known as Button Face, was the primary antagonist in the 1990 fantasy-horror movie Nightbreed.
A tall man who appeared to be in his late forties, psychologist Dr. Decker always dressed in immaculate business wear. What nobody knew, however, was that Decker was also the serial killer Button Face. When he chose to adopt this personality, he simply put on a pair of gloves that appeared to be made of fine chainmail and donned his signature mask, a horrific creation that had a slanted zipper for a mouth and black buttons in place of eyes. He also carried a long-bladed knife which had intricate markings engraved along the blade.
