(serious) Hello fellow millenials, as we are mostly in our 30s and 40s - what are some simple things you’re doing now to prepare you to age better?
I am 35 right now and i have been eating like a teenager till now and not getting my exercise in - it dawned on me that im not young anymore 😭 im gonna start preparing for aging in simple ways - just wanna know what some of you guys are doing to prep you for it? Thanks in advance
