Wife surprised me by getting me my GOAT CA look. Feeling pretty blessed!

Decided to give these guys a go. I love the two separate cables. 3.5 and 4.4mm connectors for most use cases. The cable is beautiful. Nice fiery deep orange and chocolate wires wrapped around each other. You also get. 3 different types of eartips. Normal, wide bore and foam. They also have a nice compact case. The faceplates are matching with this hot & spicy colourway and silver accents. Overall it’s a very nice looking iem if you don’t mind how “loud” it looks.

Soundwise it’s a very safe, bass leaning set. Good subs and mids that gives this a warmer tuning. The bass is really clean though, it’s present but not overbearing. I found using the widebore tips to be my favourite. It just opens them up a little more and has a bit more clarity. You can still hear everything else but these’s not a lot of sparkle which some will approve of if sensitive to that. I would say these are a very commercially tuned set, more suitable for average listeners who just want a relaxed fun sound. No harsh sibilance, no unruly mids and good clean and present bass. If people say they like the sound of the current batch of mid tier bluetooth headphones then these are an easy recommendation (there are differences obviously but i think these are bit smoother as there is no boost in the 1K region).

Overall a very nice set that will please most normal people (unless you are a neutral addict - but you’d already be giving these a swerve no doubt).

Just got the XBX was very excited. But after updating to newest firmware the left screen keeps showing horrible static. Not sure if this is a physical technical fault or if it’s firmware related. I tried 3 different XR leads to ensure it wasn’t a faulty wire (it’s not). Also they connect and disconnect quite a lot on my laptop (something my xreal one pros and rayneo airs don’t do).

Also tried them on my MSI claw and getting the same thing. Lots of static in left screen and they connect/disconnect a lot.

Anyone encounter similar or have I gotten a Lemon?

On sale in china and because I had them shipped to UK they don’t have infrastructure here to assist with warranty and repairs etc I am returning them now as I can’t risk losing the money. Beware if you are not in China and have these. They will not assist until they sell them in your region.

I have a pair of Azurys. I suspect the earpads will get stained over time due to being light blue. Is there a recommended way to clean them or, at the very least, order a new pair of replacements? I’ve seen ads for 3rd party versions but usually they are grey or black. Would much prefer the OG light blue colour as it’s partly the reason I got them.

So I got the beam pro to pair with the glasses for simple entertainment purposes. I’m not expecting high end service but I was hoping it would be a bit more simple to use. Screen is always smaller than my laptop and the screen resizing is very clunky. I just wonder if I’m doing everything wrong.

Any tips greatly appreciated to get the best out of the handset as I don’t thinking I’m getting the hang of it properly.

Calibrating my Neo G7 and the HDR calibration maxes out at 540 roughly. I thought this Monitor was alot brighter than that (1000) at least? Is there something wrong with my calibrating or is the monitor just not anything near what they advertise?

They say monitor is Quantum HDR 2000 (whatever the hell that means!)

Ok so in the video it shows I get the Inaccessible boot device notification when I restart my PC. It only happens if I restart it. If I shut the PC down and turn it back on it accesses windows instantly and boots. I unplugged all non essential peripherals and have only the m.2 ssd’s still installed but two are not in the boot device order (see video).

Just curious what could be causing this as everytime I install updates and need to restart the PC fails and doesn’t update correctly etc

I seem to have two boot devices? Could this be causing problems?

I read online it can sometimes be a sata/uefi issue with some advice being “Find the SATA operation mode (often under "Advanced" or "Storage") and ensure it is set to AHCI. If it was recently changed to RAID or IDE, change it back to AHCI”
(Which I can’t do as I can’t find anything like that in my aorus bios)

But curious what the issue could be. If I shut doen my pc it boofs fine. But whenever I restart my pc is where I get big issues with inaccessible boot device msg’s a so forth.

Any advice greatly recieved.

Filling some gaps in the colllection. I decided to get The Nice Guys but forgot I already had the first release doh!

Ok so I finally managed to get my HDD replaced with a microsd card. I updated everything and was able to transfer my mp3’s to the sd card (Via Itunes). Everything was working well (seemingly). I disconnected my ipod the proper way and rebooted the ipod. But… no music. The sd card shows it’s about halfway full but nothing is actually showing up under music etc

Anyone had this before? It’s all mp3’s that work on all my other ipods. Not sure where they all are and why my iPod isn’t showing them.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I was upgrading my 3rd gen ipod to sd memory. Everything went as expected. I then went to close the back up but it wouldn’t close. It was then that I noticed the “jumper” part was sticking out too far. So tried to bend it a bit to get the pod to close up but both pins snapped off. Since then the damn thing is stuck on the apple logo with no way to get it to move on no matter what I do. Was the “jumper” pivotal and if so can I repair it or am I looking at another two week wait for another adapter to arrive?

This was the first MP3 player I ever owned and glad I have gotten it back. I’ve already upgraded the battery and now awaiting the parts to upgrade to sd card memory. Once it’s done I’d like clean this badboy up and get it as nice looking as possible. What should I do? Cleaning tools and prduct advice greatly appreciated.
