Weird campy scifi/fantasy but its oddly compelling

The setting would be a weird sci-fi/fantasy setting with spaceships and wizards, but the story and characters would be super deep and compelling and would make you think “wait why is this unironically good?” So far I’ve found this sort of vibe in Warhammer books and I want to find more like this

What would you want to see in a Dark Krakens novel or novel series?

I’m only just now getting into the Dark Krakens after being a big fan of the Salamanders for a while, and it makes me sad that such an interesting chapter of Space Marines doesn’t have any novels or stories to themselves. If a novel or a trilogy of novels was written, what would you want to see in it?

Why is the Salamanders/Lord Of Nocturne book so expensive?

So I’ve been wanting to read about the Salamanders forever since they’re one of my favorite factions in the setting, and yesterday I looked up the Lords Of Nocturne/Salamanders omnibus and it’s either out of stock everywhere or it’s over $300 a copy! Aren’t there any cheaper options for buying a copy of this book, or are there other good Salamander stories in print that I should check out? Thank you in advance
