Got Me On The Line (3:02)

My truck has been making this sound on and off when running. The noise will start randomly and stop randomly.

Something weird I noticed is that when I turn on the heat/air fan, the noise will completely stop! Then when I turn it off, the noise kicks right back on again. I don’t use my air a lot but I did recently and that’s when I noticed the correlation.

This is my first ever vehicle and I don’t know much about them as I’m sure you can tell 😅 I’m trying to learn though.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

My nose has been red on the sides like this for years now, I remember noticing it when I was teen. My nose overall feels sort of bumpy and not very smooth. The side areas always feels kind of greasy. If I rub my finger over the area, skin will start to peel there. I notice small brown spots in that area too that kind of look like black heads.

Also, in the second slide, there has been a flat red spot on the side of my nose for like 3-4 years now. At first I thought it was just an irritated spot or something but just showed up one day and has never went away. It doesn’t hurt or anything, but I’ve noticed it’s been more red/noticeable the past few months.

Not sure if it matters to but I also have psoriasis. I used to have flair ups on my arms as a child but as an adult I hardly get flair ups. Whenever I do it’s just small patches on my legs, usually happens when I’m stressed. Using lotion daily keeps it under control. I’ve never had any flair ups on my face or neck.

Current Skincare Routine:

- Sephora Gentle Jelly Cleanser** (once a day)
- Aveeno Calm + Restore Nourishing PHA Daily Exfoliator (every other day/every 2 days after I wash my face)
- The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% serum (once a day)
- Aveeno Calm + Restore Oat Gel Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin (once a day)
- innisfree Pore Detoxing Volcanic Clay Mask ***(once a month)*

TLDR:
The skin on both sides of my nose has been red since I was in my late teens. Area feels greasy and peels when rubbed. Also have had a flat red spot towards the tip of my nose (slide 2) for 3-4 years now that appeared out of nowhere and never went away. I have diagnosed psoriasis since I was a child but flairs are minimal as an adult/controlled with daily moisturizing.
