I'm so glad to be a console player

I can't imagine dealing with all the nonsense PC players have to deal with all the time.

Ximming and titans are the only real problems here, but I have like 360 hours on Captain America alone, so probably 600+ total in the game as a whole. I've been playing since beta and every season since 0-9.5, and I'm at least celestial every season, and I kid you not, I haven't reported A SINGLE person due to cheating; if I do repor.t someone it's due to throwing, it's always about throwing.

Maybe I'm dumb, maybe I'm not paying too much attention to my kill cams, or maybe it's just a veryyyyyy low number of cheaters here that it's basically negligible.

Anyhow, it's very interesting how a LOT of the issues Marvel Rivals has (toxicity, cheating, balance, broken characters) etc do exist here, but to such a lesser extent, that there aren't problems at all. Just a funny thing to think about. Heck, there's probably overall more consolation player than PC players too. So to us, it's funny to sit back, grab some popcorn 🍿, and see streamers, content creators, and redditors complain about non existent problems for 60%+ of the population

Cap main also became Jubilee main at the end of 9.0/beginning of 9.5

And yeahhhh just made celestial last night.

Had to put this shield down after the destroyed Cap, but that made me try other things, and now I love jubilee as well.

That said, are we expecting nerfs now come season 10?

This is definitely a year worth skipping

I have a watch 3, and nothing here make me want to upgrade to a watch 5.

I had a Pixel 9 pro fold and I DID purposely skip the 10, to wait for a 11 upgrade if it was worth it. Instead, there's barely any difference but with a price increase lol. And the other models even lost RAM. What's even crazier, it's that my 9 pro fold died, and I got a brand new replacement with pixel care, and they sent me a Pixel 10 pro fold......so yeah. There's that lol, even less reasons to upgrade, with a brand new Fold 10 in my pocket.

Furthermore, I LOVED the form factor of the original Pixel fold and now Samsung and probably apple, will make that form factor popular again. So I'm hoping a 12-13 pixel will come back to that.

Yeah, this is definitely a skip year, and hoping next year has actual meaningful changes.

PS: no new buds either!

Cap is 1 patch away from being back

I know it seems dire right now, but this was bound to happen.

They are now getting a whole season worth of data of: cap not in pro play, cap with the lowest pick rate and win rate that he's ever had, cap being put in F tier. They know he was overshadowed by his nerf and the insane power creep to the rest of the cast.

However, I think a small cap buff, and a nerf to the problem characters, will be more than enough to make a comeback. Other heroes went through this, now it's our turn, but I have a feeling we're like a patch away.

Drop your shield for now, instead of speak with your wallet, speak with your time - don't pick him. And devs will notice.

I have 360+ hours on him, and for the first time ever, I dropped him. Decided to give jubilee and hood a chance, and that's what I've been playing. Been fun to try out support for a change! Good opportunity to try new things

Tell me I'm not crazy

Jubilee gameplay loop makes me feel like she belongs somewhere in the middle of the group, closer to the tanks.

The way the bubbles work and how they attach to allies, doesn't make me feel all that safe from far behind, far away, alone. I think she also works best by being mega aggressive, it's a different gameplay loop, and not as passive as say a Cloak behind your team.

I'm not wrong right? I find her better by being a bit closer to the team, around the tank, and being a bit more aggressive than usual.

The only issue I find is when people don't push up, sometimes my DPS and other healer are way behind me, instead of pushing up. But an aggressive aggro team is great for jubilee.

Funny enough, when all it's said and done, if the team is aggressive, I find she gets tons of heals, not just DPS and kills. She kinda does it all.

But am I right that her place is, depending on the situation, closer to her team more often than not, and more involved in the action?

PS: more players need to start to learn to push up 😂

THIS WAS NUTS!!! Jubilee is so good!

Most damage than anyone on my team. 14 finals. 37 elims, more than anyone. Still same heals as rocket. 67% accuracy. More damage than anyone in my team.

I'm loving Jubilee!!

Lost, but man did I try

Overall however, currently have like a 70% win rate on Jubilee. Loving her

I'm banning Mag lol

I keep dying on Jubilees ult, like literally anything kills me, what gives?

Am I doing something wrong? She feels incredibly squishy in her ult, like not safe at ALL.

How do you all take advantage of it?

Jubilee enhanced team up works completely different than we all thought lol

Essentially, the fast fire rate doesn't decline on the enemy you're targeting. But the mark DOES still go away

What does 'Void Magic Mark' even me? For the Jubilee enhanced teamup with Hood

I'm not sure what they mean by this enhancement, anyone know? Can she now somehow use her fast fire rate form forever? Or does her mark never leaves anymore? It's unclear

If y'all know me, I never push for Cap buffs. But he needs them, for once

600 HP is abysmal, I always grab a health pack before the health regen so it is an overall net negative. Plus soooo much more power creep right now that he doesn't last more than 2 seconds without having to disengage

Doesn't have to be anything drastic, a couple of things come to mind without being greedy:

  1. 650 HP - a happy middle ground between the 675 he had and the 600 he has now

  2. Improve Bucky team up, he dashes soooo slow, make it faster so that it feels more natural. It's like going at slow motor right now and often even misses to give shields to allies

  3. Thor team up isn't as good, make the base one a tad better, without Thor

That's it. Minimal stuff, and ABSOLUTELY nerf EVERYTHING else. Nerf the heck out ALL the power creep that's going on right now - this is an indirect cap buff

That's it. He'll be more viable but not broken or ban worthy

PS: he might have a negative win rate for once, and he barely got played at Pro play, went down in all the tier lists. And just doesn't get played as much. This might help our case lol

Thinking of a colorsoft. Is the 2025 signature version better than 2024?

I'm seeing a sale on Kindle on target and best buy, almost pulled the trigger, but noticed it said 2024. And I've heard of some issues with the screen on gen 1

Is this different from the 'newest model' listed in amazon. Is that the 2025 one?

I'll rather just get the newest/better version, but saving money is also nice lol

Yeah Cap needs at least 650 HP

He explodes now. Still love him, still play him mostly, still GM1 with a positive win rate.

But yeah, he's not as tanky.

Plus the green health doesn't help him. I always get the health pack before my green heals regens. So it's like old Cap, but with less HP overall. Green health doesn't make up for it.

Bucky team up helps, but still feels like a net negative. Everyone else having 1 new button, one new tool, one new ability doesn't help either. Like cloak, our job was to get all her cooldowns out of the way then finish her. Now she has 1 more. And after it's done, she will have a of her cooldowns back, and so on. Endlessly loop

There's no real compensation for his HP nerf

So movement is not slow AT ALL - quite fast actually - do y'all want a classic mode at launch?

Yeah, this is a fast cod. No doubts about it. Looks fluid don't get me wrong, but it's fast. Everyone is back to sliding all over the place and running like a cheetah.

Anyhow, I don't necessarily dislike it, but after the success of the BO7 classic mode and the bo1 and bo2 ports. Would you like a class mode at launch?
