Candid photo versus professional photo
So I've been rocking an, according to my wife, lovely photo that describes my overall self. I certainly wouldn't call it professional, but it does stand out considering my past roles and achievements.
I have recently been seeking out upper echelon roles and I feel this candid photo might not be adequate.
How much of a difference does this kind of thing really make when I have a fairly bulletproof resume?

Trekking fishing pole
I'm stoked to bring this on a backpacking trip this summer.
75 mile loop in the Sierras passing through Rae Lakes and I get to spend some time on the JMT. Trout time!

Not current or former LEO but would like to pursue PI training in my region. This seems like a good opportunity to gain some insight for a reasonable price. Anyone have a reason not to take the course through them? Is it expected to pass the 02E on the 1st go?
