We hit a mile stone!

We hit a mile stone!

I adopted a subreddit from here mid May. We have doubled in size. I just wanted to share my excitement and say thank you to mods and admins here for providing me the opportunity and opus for making it official. Yay!

70,000 interesting bro’s !!

It’s been just shy of 2 months and we have doubled in size.

What started as just an idea, turned into an actual thing. We started with 35,000 members and have grown beyond my expectations.

I just want to thank my friend and trusty co-mod and each and everyone of you, from the OG members to all of you newcomers for being here and making this happen.

Thank you ❤️

Just to spend a week with your family doing this.

This isn't the video I wanted to show you because reddit is being dumb. But yeah. Parents hating you because it's obnoxious and loud even though there isn't a soul around for like 30 miles. Everyone else is having a good time .

The prep. Building a box that only holds 7/8 of the tubes because you didn't measure everyone one. And tolerance isn't a thing over there

Screw everything down to a pallet only to find out that some don't fit. Spend weeks testing the wicks and how they burn. Lol

Can a Sparkler Burn Through an Egg?

What happens when you push a lit sparkler through an egg? 🥚🧨

In this experiment, Alex Dainis explains why the sparkler doesn't fizzle out and keeps burning straight through the egg. Most fires rely on oxygen from the surrounding air, sparklers are self-oxidizing. They release the oxygen needed to keep the reaction going, even inside the egg. That's also why you can't simply blow a sparkler out!
