My mom's 13 year old lab/something mix
Her name is Lucy. I lost my dog 7 years ago and she's the only dog of that era still around. She's mostly blind and a bit hard of hearing but she still wags her tail and can handle stairs.

Apologies as I am new to mac. I'm still digging through my old PC files as I wind down my HP Laptop.
In my previous setup of my 15 inch 2026 Macbook Air, I completely spaced the password, didn't right down the recovery key and just did a full reboot instead. I thought I'd be fine.
I've had an Apple account for a while so as I was going through the setup, I got the ICLOUD_UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE error. Whatever, I thought I'd log onto my Apple Account after getting into the system setup.
I sign into the App store just fine with the username/password as needed. I'm able to sign into apple dot com fine. But trying to set up Apple Wallet on the mac, it makes me set up icloud first. I go do that, using my email/password, and I get this error.
Most of the things I'm seeing with this error are people doing things to their Mac or MacOS that I am definitely not doing.
MacOS is fully updated.
Any advice?
As I'm working on an BCE->BCP upgrade offer, I was going to initially try out a Neighborhood Market in my area both with the physical card and via Walmart Pay....but Walmart Pay just decided to do the whole thing.
Info:
I actually did a protest return on it as I found the Kroger branded pasta for a $1 so I ended up just stocking up there instead.
Just serves as a reminder while Walmart does have good prices and often does have the lowest price, they will sneak in a high price here or there if you aren't paying attention.
Seeing some of the discourse and criticism of the stadiums and host cities chosen for FIFA, some notable ones, particularly SF, LA, and NYC being in further out suburbs rather than the main city.
So I'm starting to wonder why wasn't Indianapolis part of the 2018 bid?
We have a downtown football stadium. While the hotel selection right by the stadium isn't great, there's some there and there's tons of hotels within the Mile Square and surrounding areas. Our football stadium is connected with an underground tunnel and many hotels are connected via skywalks. Cultural Trail connection has really made South Street about as good as can be hoped for. While some beautification of the Greyhound terminal would be great, it is right there for the FIFA fans traveling from elsewhere in the country on a budget.
Critics would note that FIFA does require cities to finance a lot of activities, such as stadium modifications, transit connections and so on. Rahm Emanuel, who was Chicago's mayor at the time of the bid, said FIFA wanted to have an option to put a dome over Soldier Field at the cost of 50-100 million, among other sticking points.
So what are your thoughts? Should we have been part of this bid, or do you feel like we dodged a bullet?
Thinking of doing ad free on Paramount + but when it charges to your card, does the charge come from Paramount or to Walmart?
I linked a non-One Pay card to my account yesterday, activated a gas award as I was in the parkign lot today, and paid using that linked card. There was no section for a receipt or anything. How long do these transactions typically take for points to be awarded?
The gas award I selected did say my Chase card would be supported on this transaction.
My previous gas award using OnePay debit card posted almost immediately.
TLDR: It codes as grocery, but exclusion language applies, so no bonus points
The CFU grocery/gas bonus for those who signed up last summer may be coming to a close soon for some of you, and you may be trying to squeeze a bit out of these UR.
Like most grocery categories, this promo does have exclusion language for Walmart and Target. But sometimes Walmart Neighborhood Markets, Walmart's grocery concept, will still count despite that language.
So running errands this weekend I decided to do a $1 test purchase as a partial payment to see what would happen.
This was an in-person transaction at a self-checkout terminal with the physical chip card inserted into the reader. And per my statement, even though merchant reads as "groceries", it does not award grocery bonus
Oh well, I still got a month and change to use this bonus before switching over to something else.
