I liked Renee back then, for the most part...still enjoy her. She doesnt completely fill the void that Edie left but she does a fairly good job. Vanessa of course is great....the fashions and hair styles they put her through....another topic.
But I question if they put a little toooo much stock in making her bffs with Lynette/Tom and having so many storylines with them.
Part of me kind of thinks it would've been interesting if she were Pauls new wife.
Or keep her single, move into Edies as the hot new neighbor with a husband who divorces early on and is integrated into the group after connecting with Lynette. Maybe throw in a 2ndary mystery in there like we had in S6.
There's also the Soap Opera person in me who says "....make her Edies sister!" We know Edie has siblings. She easily could've been a half sibling from her fathers side that grew up in the family.
Jessels surprise/shock/disdain for Dorinas outfit and repeating an outfit was just annoying.

But im at hotel gate and yes Erika, it is weird if you just up and leave after choosing a room and don't let anyone know the whys behind it. Trying to make the others look as if they're being ridiculous about thinking the way they do is overdoing it.

A look at how the cast has evolved over 11 seasons.
Within those, they've had 7 looks (4 seasons of recycled photos) so even with Karens stint in the slammer, she missed ZERO photoshoots!
Robyn may have left but she still has more looks compared to Wendy and Monique would've tied Wendy had she not been so busy to take a real photo last season.
Season 11 gives us a flower theme and confirms that Monique IS back as a friend despite reports saying she wasnt invited back.
She finally reveals "everything" that has been happening with her health:

Im rewatching RHOBH and anytime we see Villa Rosa I am just so jealous. Vanderpump took a basic mansion and turned it into an ethereal masterpiece. I'm surprised that she hasn't done any renovation shows.
$12mill well spent and whatever money she put to transform it into that paradise.
Amazing how quickly things can turn. I love Lisa as a HW so....im never fully hating on her but her victim complex she has had on Girls Trip has been ridiculous and holding up cast and crew for a very important flight has shown the women that the ladies of SLC werent completely overreacting in their drama with Lisa. Even when Angie approached her, she wasnt wanting love and light (understandable as reunion was fresh) and wanted more drama (just like Heather did)

Im 7 episodes into rewatching S6 and it's such an overcorrection.....
They really have next to nothing going on that they spend half their time talking about Kim who isnt even on the show anymore and of course Brandi will also be a topic and is not on the show anymore. They should've just made Brandi a friend of. Simple. She doesnt need to appear everywhere. She gets her hand slapped and gets sent the memo of not overstepping but can still add some spice for these women.
Brandi already went to town on Eileens affair last season and somehow LVP totally missed it and is now picking up the bone and of course was already messy over Nikkis wedding.
Erika is supposed to be the rich version of Brandi but is a little too tame even though the cast consider her raunchy. I totally forgot what her original voice sounded like! It's so much deeper now.
Yolandas closet full of medicine was insane. LVP is ready to drop her and is still not over S4.
Bethenny at least is here to bring some temporary drama

One of the best moments in Housewives reunion history. What a perfect cast. Cancelled for our sins
Just finished my S5 rewatch and I miss it already. What a fun, crazy, fulfilling season. I'm not ready to give them up and start the beginning of the end of how safe the show becomes.
The tone was SO fresh coming into S5 from S4. Eileen and Rinna fit in so naturally and helped bring back that Beverly Hills/Hollywood feeling that always set this franchise apart from the other cities.
Brandi started the season really strong. She was making an effort to repair relationships, wasn’t drinking too much, and honestly could’ve had a full-on redemption season. She really should’ve stayed on that cleanse—or at least limited herself to one little glass of wine—because her drinking ultimately led to her downfall with the “playful” slap of LVP. Had that never happened, I think she very likely would’ve gotten another season.
Kim was a force to be reckoned with. She held these women’s feet to the FIRRRRRRREEEEEE. One thing Kim Richards has proven time and time again is that she is no Kyle and will not let you push her around. She will chew you up and spit you out. By the end, she was clearly exhausted by everyone constantly asking if she was on something or worrying about her, but Rinna ultimately proved just how new she was to the reality-TV game with those texts to Kim.
Lisa Rinna was just so much fun this season. I fell in love with her all over again. Her confessionals, her reactions in the moment, the way she inserted herself into situations—it was all fabulous. She’d been in Hollywood for decades, married to a successful B-list actor, but still came across as relatively normal and relatable.
And, of course, her fight with Kim in Amsterdam was ICONIC. What makes it even better is how little people talk about the fact that these two basically shoved the entire thing under the rug the next day. It was completely insane, but it’s exactly the kind of Housewives behavior I love. They had their explosive fight, temporarily moved on, went shopping together, confused the hell out of Eileen and Kyle, and then proceeded to have more spats.
Then came the revelation that Rinna had been texting Kim. Telling her to “watch her back,” saying she needed to be stopped, and doing it on two separate days completely out of the blue was INSANE. It was the prelude to the Housewife Lisa Rinna would eventually become.
And one tiny moment I’ll never forget: when Rinna was getting ready for Amsterdam, she pulled out a jacket and Delilah said something like, “OMG, I love that jacket, I need to steal it.” Rinna responded, “It’s from Target!” And Delilah immediately went, “Oh.” The way she instantly lost interest the second she found out it wasn’t designer or expensive was hilarious.
I don't think Andy laughed as hard at any RHOBH reunion than this one. Esp when Brandi made her Rinna hair comment he couldn't hold it in.
The Richards never looked happier in their drive together, this is the last time we see them look so in sync. Blonde, happy, and ready for chaos. The middle one has a mouth on her though.
