Great news, the Dootle Underground is moving forward with a class action lawsuit against the HEI network for misrepresentation, deceptive business practices, breach of contract, and other serious allegations. We have hired the law offices of Paul D Schmoop Esq to represent our legal interests, and Dr Paul assures me he has never lost a single case, and most importantly he is willing to be paid with proceeds from the settlement, which will be HEI points.
Here's some more great news: when we win our settlement you'll automatically qualify to have your HEI points reinstated in full plus more for damages incurred! You won't have to do anything just sit back and chill on your big pile of points.
Dr Paul Esq has already been in contact with the FTC (federal trade) and they are very keen on investigating this. Under Federal Rule Law 23, the company yoinking away our points for the stated reason of we watched a video, when not all of us watched it, is false, misleading and unlawful. Misrepresentation of services received with purchase of online subscription has serious consequences. we paid for a subscription that was advertised as including a certain number of points at the time of subscription and annual renewal, points are described by the company as a form of currency, consumers are allowed to accumulate points that are displayed as an account balance, and were given a 'wallet' with functionality allowing for the transfer of points amongst subscribers. This is a contract between the company and the consumer that was broken. Nowhere in the terms of service does it say that points can be taken away without notice or discretion. There's no class action or arbitration waiver, no provision stating that points are not actually currency, no provision stating that they can be taken away.
But first we need your help. Our first legal battle is proving what is known as Numerology in legal terms. Basically that so many people were affected that it would not be practical for each of us to sue on our own.

Evidence that you did or did not watch the episode in question
All relevant URL and timestamps for each piece of evidence
Screenshots of website that describes how points are earned
Screenshots showing the points described as a currency
Screenshots of the pop up announcing the points were taken away that you were forced to click acknowledge before you could access the content you paid for by subscription
A technician description of the wallet functionality
Receipts and records of all transactions made with your HEI points, URL and timestamps, wallet IDs of each consumer with whom you either gaved or received points throughout the duration of your subscription
