These come from "Kitab al-Bulhan" (The Book of Surprises)

a 14th-century Arabic manuscript compiled in Baghdad. It is one of the most enigmatic and bizarre esoteric texts in Islamic history.

What makes this book extraordinary is its vivid depiction of the spirit world. It features detailed, surreal portraits of the "Seven Djinn Kings" supernatural rulers tied to the seven days of the week and the seven classical planets.

Rather than mere abstract myths, the manuscript treats these djinn as an active part of cosmological science, blending astrology, folklore, and talismanic magic.

Today, the original manuscript is preserved at the Bodleian Library at Oxford University, remaining a captivating window into how the medieval world visualized the occult, spirits, and the unseen realms.

New to me - a semi acoustic gold top. LR Baggs piezo for acoustic tones, a Kent Armstrong P90 for electric, and most importantly of all, a pre-installed Roland GK-3 for midi fun!

It's not a brand I was really aware of, and there isn't a great deal of info. Honestly I was looking for a good price for a GK pickup, with the 13 pin midi cable (69 bucks on its own!) and this popped up.

I can honestly say that so far it's amazing - light, great action, good sound unplugged, piezo and electric. Nice blend position for the piezo and P90 too.

Anyone else have experience with Crafter guitars?
