Whitesville T Shirt Sizing

I'm 6'2 165lbs wearing a size large. Most of my t-shirts are an American size large and are quite oversized. I really wanted the whitesville tee to be a bit tighter and more form-fitting, particularly around the neck, arms (twigs), and shoulders. Most importantly I want these shirts to be much shorter than this currently is, while still having some looseness. I ordered a size medium to try it on, but I've since learned that these shrink quite a bit. How much do they shrink? Should I forget the medium? Sorry for my messy room. Also wonder if I should follow the philosophy of going up a size due to shrinkage with similar shirts? (Buck mason tubular, rogue territory, wonderlooper, McCoy's, Bronson, etc.)

Ontisuka Tiger Sizing!

I'm buying a pair of Ontisuka Tiger Mexico 66es, because my Sambas are beat up and dirty... I wear a size 12 from Adidas, but I often wear a size 11 loafer (J Crew/Cole Haan). I know dress shoes have different sizing. I've seen some people say to go half a size down for the tigers, while others say go true to size. I don't have narrow/wide feet.

Edit: Is Ontisuka's return policy that bad? Should I not buy directly from them?

My terrible experience with Shobi Perfumery

1-2 months ago, I purchased a $10-$20 lotion from Shobi. It was delivered to the wrong address with a fake name (the name was "Y.Gfghh"). I disputed it through PayPal and forgot about it. Two weeks later, FedEx sends me a $20 charge for import duties. I paid, thinking it was for a different package, and realized after that this was for Shoji (my fault). I called FedEx, explained the situation, and they told me Shobi was charging me those fees to get the lotion back to them, and they couldn't help me. I emailed some higher ups at FedEx and received a refund (either for the item or the import fees).

That brings me to today, when FedEx and Homeland Security sent me a $1,000+ invoice for import duties for this product. The personal names of either the owners or leaders of Shobi were listed, and it seems to me they initiated this. I am being charged over a thousand dollars for a $15 lotion that was sent to the wrong address, which I already paid import fees for.

Maybe this is FedEx's fault, but the fact that there are names of Shobi employees all over the invoice makes me skeptical. I am not rich. I don't know what to do. This is so unfair and absurd.

Which bag do I buy as a tall guy with simple needs - the Coach Soft Empire Carryall 48, or the Soft Empire Carryall 40?

I recently bought a Zara bag that fits my taste perfectly, but after my first use it started falling apart. I returned it and started looking for alternatives. After a LOT of digging, the only bag that I like is the Coach Empire 48 Carryall. All I really need to carry is a laptop, sunglasses, and a book, so this is oversized and a bit impractical, but I like the look. It matches the look of the Zara bag well. It is very expensive for someone who realistically doesn't need a new bag. I was wondering if the Empire 40 Carryall is big enough to hold a 13in MacBook. The proportions say it is, but sometimes bag construction makes it more complicated.

So, maybe the Empire 40 is a better option, especially since I am reluctant to spend over $900 on a bag I will only use for work and light travel. I AM a dude and I know these bags are "feminine," I don't really care, I hate using a backpack and these bags match my style. Essentially, the pros of the 40 are: smaller, easier to carry, more practical, and more affordable. Pros of the 48: I might prefer how it looks, it matches my taste, and it's less feminine/tiny (I'm a tall guy). If I go with the 40, I might question my choice (but that might apply to the 48 too). With that said, the one time I actually used the large Zara bag, it felt a bit too large and awkward, and unnecessary for someone carrying so little.

I do start a summer class in July, and I might have a lot more stuff to put in a bag at that point, so I have to consider whether the 40 can accommodate that. So, the question is: which bag do I choose? The practical, realistic, affordable, and more sensible choice, or the choice that might suit my taste more?

Oura Ring vs. Ringconn vs. FitBit Air: Sleep Data Accuracy

I was about to buy the Air, but a few people told me Oura is more accurate in terms of sleep tracking. I've done a lot of research, and while the Air seems to be well-liked in terms of sleep accuracy, there's also a large portion of people who think it could be a lot better, and some who say it's completely inaccurate. Apparently, it can struggle to understand that staying still in bed while wide awake is not sleeping - this is important to me as an insomniac who stays still in bed, wide awake, multiple nights per week. The FitBit Air is a much better price, but since sleep tracking is the main feature I will be using, I want to make sure it really is on par with something like the Oura Ring. I also just discovered Ringconn (there are SO many options, wtf), and now I'm curious if THAT is better than these two options!

Edit: I did more research, and found a few studies, including this meta-analysis, that support the Oura Ring's efficacy as a self-monitoring tool for sleep in comparison to clinical tools like PSG. I will likely go with the Oura Ring.

Which smart watch is appropriate for a user who doesn't work out but needs health stats?

One of my friends mentioned the Fitbit air recently, and I started doing some research. I don't work out, so I've always dismissed whoops, oura rings, and related devices. However, I found out that these devices track sleep, stress, blood pressure and heart rate. Despite not working out, I have clinical insomnia, and accurate sleep tracking would be a major help for me. I also have ADHD; I take vyvanse, which can raise HR and blood pressure, and my doctor told me that increased BP over time can be dangerous. I have clinical OCD, anxiety, and depression, so stress tracking could help too. I would like to be able to monitor these things. So I'm wondering if any of these devices would be appropriate for a non-fitness oriented user. I've heard mixed reviews about the accuracy of every device I've looked into, and dishing out the cash for a whoop as someone who doesn't work out seems silly. What device might be best for me? Is the Oura Ring appropriate? Fitbit air? Something else?

What device might be best for me?

Do stains from colored colognes come out?

I pretty much daily wear Angels' Share, which uses some sort of dye to take on the look of bourbon/whiskey. Today, I sprayed it on a new white tee, and it now has a yellow stain on the collar that looks very dirty. This has happened to me before, and I can't remember if the stains ever came out. Would bleach work here? Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Just picked up this Dolcevita! I love tiny watches but I'm worried I should've gone a size up.

I love the look of super small watches, and to me this looks pretty nice, but I'm conflicted. Longines didn't have a dolcevita in the size up on a metal bracelet, but they had one on a leather strap, and I felt like it was a bit too big. I couldn't fully tell if it was though, and I was conflicted when buying the watch. I'm worried I should've found a different store and tried the other size on a metal bracelet! Mind you, these are both the women's sizes. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

[New Watch] Just picked up a grail! I wanted a small tank, but I'm wondering if I should go a size up?

I was going to buy a Cartier tank, then I discovered the Dolcevita, and even though it's much cheaper, I genuinely like it more. 😬 It's the most expensive watch I've ever bought, first watch over $1,000. Really excited to have it, but part of me is disappointed that I may have made the right sizing choice.

Does anyone have experience with Zara leather bags? Slide 1 is my current favorite choice ($400).

I was reluctant to buy the bag on slide 1 because I've been spending way too much money recently. So I settled for the bag on slide 2, since it's $179 instead of $400. Now, I've realized that it's really not my style, and I love the first leather bag too much to pass it up. I've done a few hours of research looking for "better" alternatives because everyone always complains about Zara's quality (though I find their clothes to be quite decent). However, I truly can't find anything I like more than these bags. However, the polyester lining makes me a bit skeptical, especially for the price. Has anyone had any experience with Zara bags?

Just a note: My favorite might actually be the bag on slide 3, but it's 12.6 in. tall, so it can't fit my 13.6 in. laptop. It's cotton lined, which is a plus. The bag on slide one is a very close second though.

Any thoughts?
