Is it normal to have butt cramps during morning in periods which strike for 5 to 10 seconds only

I never had cramps neither in my abdomen nor in my butt during or before periods but when I was diagnosed with pcod and started medications then I am having these cramps and my gyano said it's normal

Is it okay to let the hair dry by itself or to use hair dryer to prevent hair fall . I have a oily scalp plus rough hair . Any tips how to control hair fall as it's literally coming out in chunks every year this time of summer and mid monsoon

Tribute to my roomate's beloved dog(tommy)

My roommate had this dog for like 9.5 years and she recently lost this dog because of some disease. I am very helpless in this situation. She is not even talking or eating anything. How should I console her ? I am not able to process this all. Please suggest something to help her .
