I was falsely accused at work and also discriminated at work. Does anyone know a good lawyer they can connect me with? Preferably someone who will get paid only if I win.

I bought a Kia soul plus from an auction non-running. From the car history report it used to be a rental car then got sold a handful of times. Seems like the last guy didn’t maintain it well and it hasn’t been driven in over a year. It has no coolant and very low dirty oil. I bought a brand new battery for it and it still wouldn’t start. It would only crank. From my research on it appears it might just need a crank shaft position sensor which is easy and cheap to repair. It’s either that or my engine is toast so pray for me 😬🙏

I impulsed purchased a Kia soul. Won it for $800 but the buyer had a minimum so I ended up paying him his asking 1650 + the bullshit fees. Then I also paid for shipping (250$) which wasn’t too bad considering I lived 70 miles away. But turns out the car doesn’t start. I just hope it’s something minor. I am too broke to put a lot of money into it. I am planning on towing it to a shop later and see what they say. I wish I had just purchased a running vehicle instead of a dead car.

I work at a private prison and I’m the only Asian officer and it’s obvious that I’m being treated differently than everyone else on my shift. The Mexican captain manipulates me into doing extra task and not assigning me to a usual post like everyone else. The other officers usually stay in their usual unit/post even if they move for a day they go back the next day/week. Plus I’m often ask to go do extra shit as if I’m the only one with arms and legs. The Mex captain tried to make me cover the segregation unit and I refused after the 2nd day because that shit ain’t worth $20 and plus they kept throwing liquid and food at me. He was pissed that he had to move me to kitchen where I just supervise the kitchen tools/inmate workers. I had already report this to the ethics hotline but want to take them to court. The prison keeps track of our previous schedule so it’s not hard to prove discrimination.

I am the only Asian officer at the prison I work at. I reported a Hispanic supervisor for discrimination and some other shit. He thought that he could treat me different and make me do extra shit compared to other officers and then falsely accused me of harassing a female officer. He just expected me to be submissive and do everything he ask while everyone else do the minimum. I already reported him to the boss and ethics hotline. I am planning on reporting to the state for discrimination next. I’ve work at many toxic companies and dealt with toxic people before but this one is different. The fact that I have concrete proof because they track all of our schedules, witnesses and I got text messages from the female. I want to take this guy and this company to court. So does anyone else have experience suing their employer?

I won the live auction at $800 but the seller counters with over $2k+ I don’t think it’s worth this especially after the bullshit fees. So what happens if I don’t accept his counter offer?

So there’s this older lady that’s been there months before I came along. She’s obviously not fit to be a c/o so they stick her in a unit with a control room. All she does is watch YouTube in there so she takes forever to open doors even if we wave at her or call her on the radio. One time a pod was on lock down and she accidentally opened them and they all rushed the showers and we had to call a code to lock them back down it was chaotic. Even though the schedule is pretty much the same everyday we would have to remind her repeatedly to let them out at the scheduled time or when to turn the lights on/off. They finally threw her out of the control room and make her do her count/walks like everyone else and even then her counts are usually off.

Then there’s this dirty female c/o. She has the bad girl look and personality. She rarely response to codes or ever calls a code, but she gets female privilege so they favor her and lets her do the minimum. Like she would stand in their pod knowing they’re going to come over to talk to her. She gets put under investigation because they think she likes inmates because she’s always interacting with them. Turns out she doesn’t like inmates and is there to traffic hard contraband. Played the prison like a fiddle. Prison K9 learns new tricks and flags her.

Then there’s this idiot shit captain. He’s a total undeserving tool that got lucky because they needed more captains and his pathetic ass came crawling back after a few months in a different state. He would manipulate and exploit the hard working officers while kissing his favorite lazy officers ass. One of the fakest backstabbing turd I ever met in my life. This idiot has no strategy on how to make things run smoothly other than expecting his officers to figure it out while he watches YouTube in his office.

Before I came along a c/o got paid to get his keys stolen so the inmates could go after another inmate (seg unit). The inmate survived but is permanently messed up.

This year a programs staff got busted at the front lobby for bringing in contraband. Cops were called and they towed her car away.

Two counselors got caught bringing in contraband for inmates. Apparently no cops were called on this one probably lack of evidence.

There’s another dirty c/o still working there that was bringing in contraband daily but the dumbass investigators can’t seem to gather enough evidence to get her fired.
