Really cool Cthulhu Mythos themed DOOM megawad; Abyssal Apocrypha!
They're calling it a megawad, but it looks more like a total conversion to me! Still really fun from what I've played!

Coolest part of Call of Pripyat for me how much it developed the army as a faction and all the interactions you get to have a major in the USS
Loved the game overall, but I really loved the final act and how you got experience a pretty detailed experience as a member of a stranded military unit. Tons of cool flavor after the faction was pretty much just a hostile type of enemy in Shadows!

Some pretty disturbing lore about these guys from Dawn of the Machine
The transforming Death Knights/soldiers seem to imply Fiends are transformed people corrupted by Quake's power. Really terrifying to see it in the actual game! They're kinda like Werewolves!

Let's address the Vampire/mermaid elephant in the room; who was at fault for the situation? Was anyone at fault?
I think Samael is a pretty cool dude, and Kim was a little bit Vvin, but upon doing the quest itself, I got the impression "Sammy" was being uncharacteristically pushy, ignoring Kim's opinion, and giving the impression he wasn't thinking things through. Its a tragedy all around, but maybe if he'd listen to Kim saying "let's slow down!" it wouldn't have happened like it did.

Finally found this at my used video store by complete chance and got it for a relatively reasonable price (price is Canadian). Glad to finally have this and the two first blu rays for the complete series, but it's a travesty the third section is so difficult to find.
But hey, I got it now! Seems like the DVD is also pretty pricey.
