how is everyone going to benefit if there's an obvious gatekeeper requiring a bank account?

I have the newer R36 Ultra X with the 4.5-inch 1024×768 screen, running EmuELEC V4.7. This is the newer Ultra X model, not the original 3.5-inch R36S.
I'm trying to access the device from my Windows 11 PC over Wi-Fi so I can manage/copy files.
I have already confirmed that:
The included instruction manual doesn't mention an SSH username or password.
Does anyone with this exact R36 Ultra X / EmuELEC 4.7 firmware know the correct SSH credentials?
I'm specifically looking for the actual username and password configured by the manufacturer, or information about whether Remote Services/SFTP is automatically enabled and how we're supposed to access it.
I don't want to flash another operating system or modify the firmware. I just want to access the existing EmuELEC installation/files over the local network.
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your purchase and for supporting one of the many independent sellers who continue to do the hard work while we collect our share from a safe corporate distance.
Your order helps sustain our carefully engineered fee structure, designed with enough complexity to ensure that very few people fully understand it, while providing endless opportunities for additional charges along the way.
Although our marketplace depends entirely on millions of small businesses, we prefer to refer to their dedication as "partnership" rather than acknowledge that many have few comparable alternatives. Their countless hours sourcing, packaging, photographing, answering questions, shipping, and handling customer concerns allow us to focus on what truly matters: quarterly reports, shareholder presentations, and introducing new policies no one requested.
We sincerely appreciate your decision to shop with one of our third-party sellers. They handle the inventory, the packaging, the shipping, the customer service, the returns, and much of the risk. We provide the privilege of participating in our marketplace under continually evolving terms and fees.
As always, our mission remains to make buying effortless while ensuring selling requires just enough perseverance to build character.
Thank you for choosing us. Without the work of independent sellers and the loyalty of customers like you, our corporate offices would have to find another way to justify their existence.
Warm regards,
The Corporate Marketplace Team

seriously though danny allowing joey on full house who's not even related to the family living with his 3 daughters is something that would never be condoned today. danny even prioritized joey in one episode over his daughter stephanie telling her to live in the bathroom.
in recent times owning the rg35xxsp i've discovered nintendo didn't lose their way after the n64 but shifted to being more of a handheld gaming company. nintendo power issues show how much they focused their time and efforts on the gameboy advance even right after releasing the gamecube.
gran turismo 2 is even better offering enhancements in almost every way possible. on top of that during 1999 the original gran turismo was only $20 greatest hits at the time while nintendo was asking $60 for zelda ocarina of time the inferior game with too much running around. the puzzles don't seem to have meaning and are completely random. how am i supposed to know at 15 years old i am supposed to go to a mask shop and then talk to the gatekeeper him a note or something like that? it had the nes and snes zelda puzzles i saw the map and it's like going outside and learning the street signs for the next couple of days. that's not fun it's tedious and a learning curve punishment by a company that had to rush a game after making a lot of bad choices early on.
I've been using MinUI on my RG35XXSP, and I love how simple and fast it is. But I've also been thinking about achievements. I don't care about showing off online or comparing with others, but I'd love a way to track my own progress locally. Something that saves to a file on the device, and maybe syncs later if I choose to.
I know RetroAchievements is great for the social side, but it requires internet, an account, and a supported firmware. A local option could be a great addition for people who prefer offline or just want a personal trophy case.
I should also add that this isn't just about preference it's about practicality. People like me have experienced tropical storms that knock out power and internet for days. During those times, having access to a local achievement system with any device would be a real benefit.
Would anyone else be interested in something like this? Or does it already exist and I've missed it?
